Search information on traffic conditions have been widely available such as through Twitter and the website of CCTV, but the rapid development of online information services resulted in the lack of time to read the complete information. By utilizing the Twitter data, then created a summary regarding the traffic, the summary can improve time efficiency and effectiveness in obtaining information about traffic conditions.
