The article is devoted to the substantiation of the approach to solving the global problem for mankind: the creation of satellite communications technology that does not pollute space with debris. Ultra-low-orbit satellite communication systems (ULO SCS) are communication systems with cluster (distributed) satellites that form a grouping (armada) of small, ultra-small, nano-, pico-satellites that move in orbits close to the dense layers of the Earth’s atmosphere (sliding on the upper edge of the dense layer of the Earth’s atmosphere - a sliding orbit). The motion in such orbit of a small-sized apparatus (provided that the engine is not started) leads to its rapid deceleration and complete combustion in the Earth’s atmosphere, i.e. complete orbit purification from space debris. Objective . To justify the feasibility and the possibility of creating and maintaining the functioning of an economical, non-polluting space, global satellite communications system built using small (mini-, nano-, pico-) satellites. Methods . The theoretical approach is proposed that allows constructing the orbits of mini-nano- and picosatellites based on the use of the national design groundwork. Results . The article developed a method for constructing ultra-low orbit clusters of nano-satellites (small satellites) to increase the efficiency of using aerospace systems when creating and maintaining the life cycle of ULO SCS. Conclusions . The method of orbits arrangement by distributed satellites is described. The technological capabilities of Ukraine to implement the method using national aerospace systems are quantified. Due to the great increase of accident into roads, vehicular communication becomes the focus of many researchers. Therefore vehicular communication is becoming an active topic of search. That’s why safety driving is the main concern of many researcher to mitigate congestion problems specifically following urban scenario. Due to the requirement of URLLC, we investigate in this paper the importance of power diminishing. In fact, power minimization is an interesting metric due to the requirement of high data rates. Objective. The aim of the paper is to investigate power allocation into LTE-V system following a decentralized scenario. Methods. The idea is to consider a platoon with a set of vehicles interacting together for network resources without the help of ENodeB. Power consumption minimization is a promising solution for interference diminishing since vehicles communicate according to a decentralized way. In this regard the theoretical analysis is based on applying stackelberg game policy for power control in the way to minimize interference. Results. We conclude that stackelberg game policy is a powerful tool for interference and power consumption management. Computer results highlight the efficiency of SK game for power allocation into a decentralized scenario. Conclusions. Vehicular Autonomous communication attracted the attention of many researchers according to increasing number of congestion together with traffic problems. In addition, to ensure better safety we adopt platooning scenario which enables mitigations of many problems such as collisions, congestion. Inter-car communication is an interesting topic of search to ensure safety into-roads. In addition, platooning has the potential to ensure safety with low energy consumption specifically towards urban traffic. At present, the demand in MANET networks is determined by the inherent advantages of these networks over fixed networks, especially in emergency situations. The topology in such networks is extremely dynamic, which required the development of special routing protocols. Although the basics of the theory of the OLSR protocol, which is widely used in these networks, are well known, however, the development of mobile networks requires constant refinements of theoretical positions in accordance with new data on how to calculate the number of multipoint repeaters. Objective. The aim of the paper is to find analytical expressions for calculating the upper limit of the number of multipoint repeaters, the probability of the location of two-hop nodes at the maximum distance from the reference, and checking the correspondence of the results obtained using simulation. Methods. Analytical methods of calculation are used, as well as simulation modeling in the NS-2 software package. Results. Analytical expressions are obtained for calculating the upper limit of the number of multipoint repeaters and the probability of the location of two-hop nodes at the maximum distance from the reference node. A simulation was performed to confirm the theoretical results. Conclusions. The upper bound of the number of one-hop relay nodes is estimated. It is shown that with a low density of nodes in the area under consideration, the value of the upper limit is two times less than that previously determined in the scientific literature. Modeling in the NS-2 software package showed the correspondence of analytical expressions for the calculation of the upper boundary of multipoint repeaters. There are cases when analytical expressions give false results. For these cases, it was proved that regardless of the network density, each two-hop node that is at the maximum distance from the reference node must have its own multipoint repeater. Nowadays we face a huge growth in traffic of mobile networks due to the increased usage of smartphones and other mobile devices. To overcome these challenges and improve the efficiency of the network telecom operators use the advanced architectural solutions. These solutions are based on the concept of network slices. Objective. In this paper the improving of the efficiency of mobile networks by forming and mapping slices of multi-service communication network based on network functions virtualization (NFV) is considered as an effective approach to resolve the mentioned above issues. Methods. In order to find the optimal organization of slices the modified algorithm was proposed and performed for several different thresholds of functional losses. Results. The algorithm solves the task of services grouping by their similarity and defines functional costs for services provision with minimum functional losses. Number of slices and functional losses in accordance with various threshold values were considered. Conclusions. The results showed the possibility to rationally allocate system resources, especially when comparing to the similar approach. This technology, using the PAF function, allows you to unevenly distribute data stream between pairs of cables depending on their quality. However, the function of PAF decreases the throughput of the transmission system due to the additional fields in PAF data frame. In addition, there is crosstalk interference between pairs, which also reduces the throughput of the connection. Therefore, research of impact of these two factors on EFM transmission systems throughput is the actual task. Objective. The purpose of the paper is theoretical research of the throughput for multipair SHDSL EFM connection depending on number of aggregated pairs and distance. Methods. Study all known publications and standards concerning EFM technology. Analyzing frames’ format for protocols used for SHDSL systems with EFM to calculate relation between payload and special data. Research of crosstalk interference impaction on SHDSL EFM link throughput. Results. The theoretical results concerning the throughput which can be achieved in multipair mode. Conclusions. At the present time, further increase in the speed of processing and transmission of information is associated with the development of hybrid integrated circuits, combining electrical and optical components. One of the important constituent parts of future optical integrated circuits are filters that can be conveniently implemented using so-called disc microresonators with whispering gallery oscillations. Technically, the problem of manufacturing such filters in the infrared and even in the visible wavelength range has been solved, but calculation of parameters and tuning of multilink filters is impossible without further development of the theory of their building. The development of such a theory is based on the electrodynamic modeling of processes that occur in complex systems of coupled microcavities, coupled also with transmission line. At present, the study of filters built on different microresonators has not been carried out. Objective. The aim of the research is to construct the theory of scattering of electromagnetic waves of the integral optical transmission lines on systems of coupled different optical microresonators with whispering gallery modes. Development of mathematical models of filters constructed using various disk microresonators. Investigation of new structures of coupled microresonators with acceptable scattering characteristics. Methods. To construct a mathematical model of filters, an approximate solution of the Maxwell equations based on perturbation theory is used. The application of perturbation theory made it possible to find a solution to the problem of calculating the S-matrix of the filter in an analytical form. Results. An electrodynamic model for scattering of optical transmission line waves based on a system of coupled microresonators of different shapes and made of different dielectrics is developed. New structures of microresonators, realizing bandpass and bandstop filters, are investigated and their scattering characteristics are calculated. Conclusions. The theory of scattering of electromagnetic waves by systems of various coupled optical microresonators is ex-panded. A new definition of the coupling coefficients of different microresonators is given. The influence of LDPC codes on channel information efficiency is studied in scope of MCS and the benefit of using LDPC codes is specified in digits as a result of research. Objective . The purpose of the paper is LDPC correcting abilities research in modern telecom systems and their comparison to other known error-correcting codes, and research of their influence on information efficiency of telecommunication system. Methods . Simulation modeling algorithm is implemented in Matlab using Java language, what helps generating corrective matrices and allows us to find out the corrective abilities of LDPC codes with different set of parameters. Many experiments make a statistic that shows a maximum and the best corrective abilities of LDPC codes, what is the aim of applying the simulation modeling approach. Results. The programmable simulation models to generate LDPC codes and errors number determining corrected LDPC codes with different parameters are developed. It’s the first time the method is proposed of determining the ultra-long block LDPC codes to ensure the reliability characteristics specified in the channel with known parameters, characterized in that the analysis parameters LDPC code is implemented using the original statistical model and to evaluate corrective ability to code at a significant increase in the length of the block LDPC code. Also, the LDPC codes influence on channel information efficiency is researched, and shown 9...52% improvement. Conclusions. The important scientific problem is solved in the paper, – construction and use of advanced wireless transmission systems with increasing information efficiency using LDPC coding. Currently, a new direction in the technology of mobile systems is rapidly developing, associated with the use of a set / group of mobile multifunctional elements that can create different spatially-distributed structures for various applications: from entertainment shows to intelligence networks. This is a technique of small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), often called drones, and their use in the field of building telecommunication systems. Objective. The aim of the work is to develop the basic principles and strategies for the formation of a heterogeneous wireless communication system based on a swarm of unmanned aerial vehicles. Methods. We study the structural and functional methods of building a wireless network. Results. Scenarios of centralized and distributed building of a wireless network of control of a swarm of UAVs are presented, assessment of the complexity of the functionality of swarm nodes in the case of a distributed scenario is carried out. A scheme of phased implementation of the life cycle of a UAV swarm for communication services has been developed. The “molecular” scenario of spatial self-organization of the swarm-nodes of the swarm is presented, which can be implemented using the “chain” and “flash” procedures. The proposed construction of some strategies for managing the swarm: centralized and decentralized with the Leader, collective self-management with information sharing, decentralized management with forecasting, self-organization without information sharing. Conclusions. The basic principles and strategies for the formation of a heterogeneous wireless communication system based on a swarm of unmanned aerial vehicles have been developed. Telecommunication systems with a broadband signal have undoubted advantages: increased noise immunity with narrowband and wideband interference, confidentiality of information transmission, as well as improved electromagnetic compatibility with neighboring radio-electronic devices. A broadband signal is usually formed by direct spread spectrum using well-known classical pseudo-random sequences (PRS): m-sequences, Kasami, Gold, Walsh sequences, which can be decoded and received at the receiver. Objective. The aim of the paper is creating PRS on the basis of chaos, which the subscriber is practically unable to decode, and thus ensure increased confidentiality of information transmission. Methods. Using the mathematical model of chaotic logistic mapping, which, as shown by preliminary studies, provides the best results, as well as referring to the bifurcation diagram of Feigenbaum, the parameters of 3-secret keys are defined and the PRS of the selected length is created. Based on the application of the graphical user interface developed in the MATLAB system, a correlation analysis of the resulting PRS is performed and the PRS is determined with the minimum side lobes of the autocorrelation function. Results. By empirical decision of 3 secret keys of the dynamic parameter of the Feigenbaum diagram, the initial value of the sequence and the number of the initial pulse of the PRS, as well as the study of the autocorrelation function, we obtained a PRS with a side lobe level of the autocorrelation function acceptable for practical use of no more than 0.25. Conclusions. The use of well-known pseudo-random sequence: Walsh’s, Kasami’s, Gold’s, creating a system with a noise-like signal doesn’t ensure complete confidentiality of information transmission, since they can be decoded. The most acceptable by the criterion of the side lobe minimum of the autocorrelation function – no worse than 0.25 – is the use of chaos based on the Feigenbaum logistic map. В настоящее время востребованность в тропосферных системах загоризонтной связи определяют присущие этим системам преимущества перед спутниковыми и радиорелейными системами прямой видимости, особенно в условиях боевых действий и чрезвычайных ситуаций. Хотя основы теории тропосферного рассеяния были разработаны еще в середине прошлого века, однако развитие систем загоризонтной связи требует постоянных уточнений известных теоретических положений в соответствии с новыми данными о природе тропосферного рассеяния, атмосферных неоднородностей, возможностей новых методов расчета и оценки распространения радиоволн. Цель. Целью работы является разработка модели радиолинии загоризонтной тропосферной связи для исследования возможности регулирования (улучшения) затухания на такой трассе путем изменения электрофизических характеристик окружающей среды, в частности атмосферной турбулентности, или задействования искусственных образований в атмосфере. Методы. Созданная модель базируется на методе трассировки лучей Ray-tracing. Результаты. Разработана модель потерь на радиолинии загоризонтной тропосферной связи (дальнего тропосферного распространения), основанная на технике трассировки лучей в двух вариантах: упрощенном с однородными слоями и полном с комбинированием блоков структур сфер рассеяния в каждом из слоев. Проведено исследование возможности улучшения затухания на трассе тропосферного рассеяния путем регулирования изменения электрофизических параметров неоднородностей и искусственных образований в атмосфере. Выводы. Сходимость полученных результатов проведенного моделирования с данными, полученными известными/ традиционными аналитическими моделями, по расчету потерь на трассе тропосферного рассеяния подтверждает адекватность предложенной модели статистическим данным реальных потерь при тропосферном рассеянии.
