The purpose of this research is to overcome the delay time, ping jitter and packet loss that occurs so that bandwidth usage is maximized and efficient. The research method used is to compare two queuing algorithms, CBWFQ (Class Based Weighted Fair Queuing) which is applied to the backhaul layer 2 switching and PCQ (Per Connection Queue) side which is applied to the end-to-end side. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that in general, in a layer 2 switching connection, all packet data, whether sent or received, has no priority, so that the packet data sent for the first time or sent simultaneously will not have any priority bandwidth settings. inside which can cause traffic jams. The COS (Class Of Service) function in the layer 2 switching network provides class priority according to customer needs, what services do you want to prioritize. Ridwan","doi":"10.21107/nero.v6i2.223","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21107/nero.v6i2.223","url":null,"abstract":"Sakinah Supermarket is a type of cooperative owned by the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in East Java and was founded in 1991. There are 21 supermarkets with 16 branches in Surabaya. Limited transportation vehicles have the problem that the distribution process from warehouses to supermarkets is not maximal. This problem is also known as the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). It is necessary to optimize the route to complete the VRP. This study uses the Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm method which is used for VRP problems. SA calculations are carried out using tested parameters so that they can produce nearly optimal values. The parameters that can be used are To = 5000, α = 0.55 and T1 = 1. The result is that the cost and time costs can reach 30% and the distance traveled can be reduced by 17% when compared to the initial conditions. The SA algorithm is also compared to other methods, namely Genetic Algorithm (GA) to find out its effectiveness. Setiap jenis kendaraan bermotor memiliki ciri-ciri khusus yang digunakan sebagai pembeda. Pengenalan objek kendaraan berdasarkan jenis dan teknik pengolahan citra telah banyak dikembangkan oleh beberapa peneliti dengan menggabungkan metode deteksi kendaraan salah satunya metode haar like feature. Penelitian ini mencari filter yang tepat untuk digunakan pada proses deteksi kendaraan bermotor. Beberapa proses haar like feature yang dilakukan diantaranya integral image, haar training, haar testing dan labeling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pemilihan filter pada proses haar training memperoleh tipe filter (1,2) dapat mengenali 4 objek kendaraan mobil dan 0 objek bis dengan hasil akurasi 80%. Sedangkan tipe filter (2,2) dapat mengenali 1 objek kendaraan mobil dan 0 kendaraan bis dengan hasil akurasi 71%. Pada proses haar testing memperoleh tipe filter (1,2) dapat mengenali 2 kendaraan mobil dan 1 kendaraan bis dengan hasil akurasi 88,8%. Permasalahan bahan baku ini jugalah yang ada pada industri UKM kerupuk terasi yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan khususnya di Kecamatan Turi, yaitu diantaranya adalah sering terhambatnya operasional industri dikarenakan tidak adanya sistem pengelolaan bahan baku, dikarenakan sering terjadi kekurangan bahan baku atau kelebihan stok bahan baku setiap bulannya. Sehingga peneliti berinisiatif untuk membuat aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk memberikan solusi pada masalah tersebut diatas. Adapun metode yang akan diimplementasikan pada aplikasi ini adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada aplikasi pengelolaan bahan baku pembuat kerupuk dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) adalah terbukti aplikasi ini dapat membantu efisiensi biaya produksi dalam hal pengelolaan bahan baku pembantu proses produksi. Dengan hasil perbandingan TIC dengan metode EOQ sebesar Rp. 311.572.670 setiap tahun untuk seluruh bahan baku, dan TIC dengan metode klasik (Tanpa EOQ) sebesar Rp. 338.071500. sehingga diperoleh angka efisiensi biaya operasional produksi melalui pengelolaan bahan baku adalah sebesar Rp. 26.498.830 setiap tahunnya. Bertambahnya fakultas dan program studi juga mengakibatkan bertambah pula jadwal perkuliahan dan jumlah mahasiswa. Perkuliahan yang berjalan di UNISA memiliki 2 jenis kurikulum, berbasis Blok dan Semester. Sistem penjadwalan yang ada di UNISA sudah dapat menangani masalah sistem blok maupun semester, hanya saja masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan ms. Excel pada bagian akademik sehingga dibutuhkan sistem penjadwalan otomatis yang bisa melakukan penjadwalan sesuai dengan kriteria, bobot dan syarat yang ada. Sebelum dilakukan penjadwalan otomatis, dibutuhkan analisis mendalam terhadap sistem yang sudah berjalan terhadap sistem informasi penjadwalan yang sudah ada. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Object Oriented Analysis and Desaign (OOAD) dengan beberapa diagram seperti usecase diagram, class diagram, squance diagram dan Entity Relational Diagram (ERD). Hasil dari Analisis sistem informasi penjadwalan ini akan terdokumentasi yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk tahap selanjutnya.
