The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that in general, in a layer 2 switching connection, all packet data, whether sent or received, has no priority, so that the packet data sent for the first time or sent simultaneously will not have any priority bandwidth settings. inside which can cause traffic jams. The COS (Class Of Service) function in the layer 2 switching network provides class priority according to customer needs, what services do you want to prioritize. Abstract

Analyze suspect of delay time, ping jitter and high packet loss in a layer 2 switching network which can affect the given performance, then implement the appropriate Class of Service (COS) so that it can provide more optimal service.
