By assumption that only sampled output can be available, a sampled-data based state observer is provided, by which a controller is constructed for the continuous-time linear system. The fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, and a fuzzy state observer is designed to estimate the unmeasured states. By combining the backstepping design technique, an observer-based adaptive fuzzy control method is developed. It is proved that the proposed adaptive fuzzy control approach can not only guarantee that all the signals of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB) in mean square, but also the output of the system converge to a small neighborhood of the origin.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129652027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Identifying influence of community is open issue in complex networks. In this paper, we develop method for identifying influence of community, in which community structure is divided by hierarchical agglomerative algorithm (HAA), communities is converted nodes using renormaliztion process, and then a renormalized network is obtained. Then, using state of critical functionality (SCF), influences of nodes of renormalized networks are identified. The proposed method is applied to analyze influence of community of 9/11 terrorist network. The error and miss detection rate of traditional pedestrian detection are high due to uneven illumination, dim environment in the tunnel, and the blurred monitored image, which makes it difficult for the subsequent identification. Therefore, in this paper, a fast image enhancement algorithm based on imaging model constraint is proposed and narrowed to the pedestrian ROI in the pavement near the street under the scene of highway tunnel. First, the method uses the combination of global atmospheric light and partitioned atmospheric light to estimate the local atmospheric light. Second, transmission is estimated based on the formula derived from the imaging model constraints. Third, the method uses constant instead of illumination to balance tunnel image illumination. Last, the tunnel image is enhanced according to the imaging model. Furthermore, because of the algorithm's real-time requirement, we propose a narrowing region method to thoroughly improve the overall computing efficiency. Considering about the characteristics of high way tunnel, which is a blurred scene and has difficulty recognizing the foreground from the background, we adopt a method of multi-feature integration to detect the enhanced image. Experimental and comparative analysis results show that the proposed method can rapidly and effectively enhance the tunnel image, and improve the effect of pedestrian detection in high way.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129908803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In stock prediction research, the selection of technical indicators has not a scientific theory as a guide. This paper proposes a novel method based on Grey Relational Analysis to select the technical indicators. Then make predictions by Support Vector Regression that optimized by improved fruit fly optimization algorithm. Firstly, the fruit fly optimization algorithm is improved by decreasing footstep and simulated annealing. Secondly, the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the penalty factor c and the kernel function parameter g of the support vector regression. Finally, modeling and forecasting of the stock price with optimized support vector regression are conducted and some simulation experiments are carried out. The Support Vector Regression is adept at analyzing small size and multi-dimensional samples, so it is suitable for short-term stock prediction. By comparing with other three methods, the one this paper proposed could fast convergence and improve the accuracy of forecasting and is an efficient and feasible method.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126874375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this paper investigates a novel method for non-destructive detection of the solidified shell thickness based on the electromagnetic ultrasonic (EMA) technology. In this method, an electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer (EMAT) was utilized for exciting ultrasonic waves in the continuous casting slab. According to the fact that the propagation velocity of ultrasonic waves is a considerable difference in the solid and liquid metal, the TOF delay caused by the reflection and refraction at a solid-liquid interface of ultrasonic waves has been analyzed. Furthermore, studies on the effect of solidification shell thickness on ultrasonic echoes have been carried out by finite element simulation. Through the construction of the experimental platform, the measured data show close agreement with the simulation results and thus verify the reasonable and feasible of the proposed method which can provide reference for on-line detection of solidified shell thickness during continuous casting.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126879382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the process of melting scrap steels using electric furnaces, the heats (jobs) are always assigned with different processing routes, and types of the parallel electric furnaces at each production stage are usually different. First, combining these characteristics, a model considering carbon emission and minimization of maximal heat waiting time for multi-objective optimization of scrap steel electric furnace steelmaking and continuous casting (SCC) scheduling is built. Three objectives, i.e. carbon emission, maximal heat waiting time and makespan, are involved in the model. Then the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) suitable for solving the problem is designed accordingly. Finally, the numerical analysis shows that the algorithm can obtain satisfactory solution, considering the objective of minimizing maximal heat waiting time is beneficial to avoid the risk of rescheduling, and the research can help decision makers achieve the target of carbon emission reduction ensuring continuous and efficient SCC production.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129214769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
