Firstly, the shadow boundary is obtained by segmenting the road image; secondly, the disparity is recalculated by template matching with a larger sliding window for the shadow boundary; then, the disparity with lower confidence in the original disparity is removed; finally, the blank value is filled by interpolating the disparity of the surrounding non-shadowed part. The test results show that high recognition accuracy can be achieved when using the monitor to collect images of the test set as the training set.. In view of the adverse effects of distributed energy access to the regional distribution network on load characteristics, comprehensively considering the energy storage operation constraints, charge and discharge power constraints and power flow balance constraints of the distribution network, an optimal configuration model of the energy storage system is established, and the control strategy is optimized. Take “peak shaving and valley filling” and “smooth load” as load control objectives respectively. The optimization strategy is used to control the load variance and the square of the load change. Combined with the cost optimization of the energy storage system, the GUROBI algorithm is used to solve the model optimization, and the load characteristics and energy storage optimization trends under different energy storage charge and discharge power constraints are obtained. This study first proposes the basic concept of driving risk modeling and establishes a basic model of driving risk. Then we convert the Cartesian coordinate system according to the road structure curve, so that the risk field is distributed along the road curve, and realize the prediction of driving risk according to the road structure. Under such circumstance, the allocation of electric power and its surplus-shortage coordination are facing unprecedented challenges. However, the market trading mechanism concerning the surplus-shortage coordination between provinces has not yet been established, prompting the urgent need for trans-provincial power spot trading. This paper refers to the current spot trading mechanism and further expands the scope of power trading, enriches the participants of the market, establishes the overall framework of inter provincial power spot trading, and constructs the market clearing model after fully combining the actual operation needs of the power grid. After that, under the assumption that the spot electricity trading market is cleared, this paper sets up the power distribution mechanism in the province in combination with the utility theory. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the above mechanism are verified by the power consumption data of all provinces and regions in the province. Furthermore, a neurodynamic controller is utilized to construct the artificial societies describing the behavior of a multi-robot distributed system.
