The outlet wastewater of the plant is supplied into the sample container. Here the sensors measure the pH, temperature, COD, TSS parameters displayed in the field, transmit to the local controller, then the data-logger device transmits the original measurement data to the server specified by static IP address. Website interface is also designed to control sampling, monitoring and reporting wastewater quality parameters. The system has been installed and put into operation at HPC factory since 2017. The system works stably, reliably, and good data transmission.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122687611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the developed multiclassifier (MC) system, first the base classifiers are grouped in terms of diversity using the novel criterion based on the type of uncertainty in the classification process. In the next step, the ensemble is pruned by selecting the best classifiers from each cluster. One-feature classifiers have been adopted as the base classifiers, i.e. pruning of classifier ensemble denotes also a feature selection procedure. The classification quality of proposed recognition method was experimentally tested and compared with seven literature ensemble systems with pruning classifiers and feature selection procedure based on Kolmogorov criterion. Real EMG and MMG biosignals for the classification of 11 types of grasping movements were used in experiments.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128356149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One major application in this area is medical video streaming, which is often used for remote monitoring of patients. Medical video streaming helps to overcome geographical barriers and offers medical services at the convenience of the patient. However, as medical videos carry critical and time-sensitive information, retaining the quality and reducing latency during transmission is paramount for accurate medical diagnosis. This paper presents the concept of effective medical video streaming, which incorporates novel methods in video pre-processing, video compression, and transmission of medical data over optical networks.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129153866","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The progression and effectiveness of medication can be inferred from changes or improvements of gait in patients. Vertical ground reaction force is a common used measure to classify gait. In this study, such data from a publicly available dataset is used to classify gait between PD patients and healthy control subjects of similar ages. The data were preprocessed by normalization, splitting into standard time units and then converted to images. Classification was done using a stacked 2-dimensional and 1-dimenisonal convolutional neural network. Our model achieved 88.7% accuracy, an improvement of 5.3% over the next best performing model that was published.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121164397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents work on a system for tracking multiple football players in video streams. The challenges of the task are: the players are relatively small in the video with chaos movements; the processing time is efficient to ensure the analyzed data is reported during the match while the accuracy is required to be sufficient; the hardware of the system needs to be high mobility. To overwhelm those, we apply Efficient Convolution Operators (ECO) as a core tracking method to track the targets on two synchronized laptops, then the data is merged in a post-processing stage. Besides, user interactive functions are also provided to assist the operators to correct failed tracks. The tracking method is qualitatively evaluated on videos from professional football matches with two resolution settings. The number of user interactions to correct the failed tracks and the time processing are chosen as criteria for the evaluation. The results show that ECO tracking outperforms several well-known tracking methods with less than 1 tracking loss in 2 minutes on average with processing rate of 12–17 fps. In conclusion, the proposed system is a promising tool for football player tracking and statistical analysis in practice.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131657142","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The designed local oscillator which is consisted of a phase locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer integrated with a two-path 3-dB Wilkinson power divider and amplifiers circuitry. The selected PLL chip integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) has a coverage frequency of 137.5 ~ 4400 MHz and good open loop phase noise characteristics, which can meet the design requirements well. Good agreement between test measurements and simulation results is achieved. The fabricated LO module has the merits such as high stability, cost-effective design, and low phase noise. Based on mathematical calculation, the exact Outage Probability (OP) expression of the FD-SM-TAS system is derived. Besides, OP performance of the FD-SM system with and without TAS is compared to confirm the efficacy of TAS. The derived expression can be used for Half Duplex (HD) systems with and without TAS when setting the value of RSI to zero. Impacts of data transmission rate and RSI on the system performance are also investigated and compared with those of the HD-SM system. Finally, the analytical results are validated by Monte Carlo simulation.","PeriodicalId":409591,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131882805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It allows the user to devise authentication protocols or protect specific software or hardware blocks. However, it natively suffers from a lack of reliability, is sensible to modeling and physical attacks, and its entropy must ensure a good uniquenesses. Hence, it requires specific method and processing blocks to make it robust steady and unique. Based on the estimated channel state information in an uplink training phase, the base station precodes the confidential information using zero-forcing precoding. Following this, the ergodic secrecy rate of each user equipment is analytically derived in the downlink data transmission. Computer simulations are performed to validate the correctness of our analysis.
