Sepakung tourist village located in the district Banyubiru, Semarang regency which hasan opportunity to improve the life of village communities Sepakung, with the development ofrural tourism is expected to make villagers sepakung to get a good progress of the economy,which notaben sepakung native village are farmers who have an average primary schooleducation. But this can happen if the development and management of tourist villages sepakungcan be done well. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Respondents in this studyincluded 302 respondents using as a reference parcel map data retrieval and two tours as a tourmanager in the capture of data collection techniques include, observations, interviews,questionnaires, study the documentation. Data were analyzed using, percentage and SWOTanalysis. The results showed that (1) Village tour sepakung did little to change people'slivelihood Sepakung village. The majority of people work as farmers and laborers (2) Revenuecommunity work in the village Sepakung average of less than one million rupiah (3)Development of a tourist village in Sepakung pretty good (4) The appeal in the village Sepakungto attract tourists is a tourist attraction (5) Measures for the development of tourist villages inSepakung quite. Asuransi Umum Bumi putera Muda 1967 at Dumai Branch. The theory used is according to Lovelock, namely: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence and Process. This study uses a combined research method that is using descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. Types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. One of the sampling techniques used in determining individual samples is purposive random sampling. The results of 97 respondents showed that respondents' attitudes about the Marketing Strategy variable based on the calculation of the total questionnaire score were in the Good category with a score of 7,985 with a percentage of 74.83%. Analysis of respondents' attitudes about Product Marketing Strategy Analysis at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumi putera Muda 1967 at Dumai Branch showed a positive attitude. The factors that influence the Product Marketing Strategy at PT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Proses analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis data lapangan Model Miles dan Huberman. Miles dan Huberman (1984) dalam Sugiyono (2012: 246). Pemangku kepentingan meliputi unsur pemerintah, swasta dan perguruan tinggi di Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kepentingan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Namun, proses pendampingan tidak berjalan secara optimal, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan anggaran, dan SDM dari pemangku kepentingan. Sedangkan pada aspek keberhasilan SDM pelaku industri kuliner rendang meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Terdapat perubahan pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Pada aspek kognitif terjadi perubahan pengetahuan meliputi penentuan harga produk, jenis kemasan, masa kadarluasa dan strategi pemasaran. Namun pada aspek afektif dan psikomotorik sebagian pelaku industri kuliner rendang mengalami perubahan secara baik. Until now, the problems of services provided by the government/ state to the people who make arrangements tend to still have many complaints. Such as the issue of service time which is not in accordance with the standards, convoluted service procedures to the problems of facilities and infrastructure which are considered to be less supportive of the implementation of services. At the Satllantas Polres Dumai, the same problems still occur, including in the service of obtaining a driver's license (SIM). Through Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys in this study a survey was conducted to find out people's perceptions and satisfaction with the services performed by the Satlantas Polres Dumai in servicing people who manage SIMs. The survey method refers to the provisions in the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing the Community Satisfaction Survey. From the results of the study it is known that the IKM value of service quality in obtaining a SIM at the Satlantas Polres Dumai is 3.16 which is in the interval 2.51 - 3.25. The problem is the existence of dualism at the level of village institutions, which is caused by the Role of Rio (Village Chief) who is so free to regulate all adat issues in the indigenous law community Datuk Sinaro Putih which has been regulated by Customary Institutions led by Customary Leader. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Existence of Customary Law Society Datuk Sinaro Putih still exists. Because they were officially recognized by the Bungo District Regulation No. 6 of 2006 concerning Customary Law Society Datuk Sinaro Putih. They still have customary forests as the ancestral heritage of Datuk Sinar Putih. The Hamlet Government has replaced the power of Datuk Sinaro Putih in the field of general government. However, customary power is still held by Datuk Sinaro Putih, including control of customary forest areas. Disisi lain, hasil kajian Meilani dkk (2017) menemukan bahwa sesungguhnya masyarakat sangat menunggu adanya follow up yang lebih nyata dan tentunya periodik dalam rangka pelaksanaan Kampung KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis existing condition modal sosial dalam pelaksanaan Program Kampung KB di Provinsi Riau. Secara konseptual, modal sosial diderivasi ke dalam 4 (emapat) aspek, yaitu nilai dan norma/NN, trust and resiprocity/TRC, informasi/INF, dan networking/NW. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan indepth interview. Informan terdiri dari : (a) Pengurus Kampung KB, (b) Tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat di Kampung KB, dan (c) Lurah/Kepala Desa. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran individu yang membawa semangat altruisme dan keikhlasan untuk terus menghidupkan Kampung KB nyatanya sangat menentukan keaktifan dari Kampung KB tersebut. Selain itu, secara kualitatif juga teridentifikasi bahwa bukan tentang hubungan kekeluargaan ataupun ada atau tidak anggaran yang menentukan keaktifan Kampung KB, melainkan kesadaran kolektif (collective consciousness) yang sesungguhnya menjadi denyut nadi Kampung KB, baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Namun sayangnya, sampai dengan sekarang ini belum terbangun proses institusionalisme terhadap collective consiousness tersebut. Environmental damage due to illegal gold mining has been very alarming which will have an impact on health problems and natural disasters (flooding). This happens regardless of economic problems mainly due to the stagnation of the prices of superior commodities in Kuantan Singingi Regency. other than that based on the results of observations of these researchers also caused by the weakening of customary institutions. The purpose of this study focuses on the customary institutions that exist in this area because in this sub-district they have traditional institutions in the form of people. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique with interactive analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a weakening of institutional functions of customary law in preventing environmental damage. Whereas in the previous traditional institutions regulating the ways to manage the environment.
