Accidents on roads are a much unforeseen thing that can happen to an individual. One of the most disturbing fact is that people are not ready to learn from their mistakes. Almost all the travelers on road are well aware of the traffic rules and safety measures while driving on roads, but still they show carelessness in adhering to those rules which cause accidents and crashes.In this paper a web application has been developed that will allow other users including nearby hospitals and police station to get real-time data about accidents occurred in their area in order to save lives and also to provide alternative routes to other users travelling through the same routes. The goal of research work done in this paper is twofold: first, it seeks to provide faster help to accident victims by providing real time data of the area in which the accident has occurred so that the hospitals can arrange for immediate medical help to the victim to reduce fatalities in road accidents; second, it aims to provide accident related information on a particular route to other users travelling through that very route.By providing these essential information, we hope that more people be saved from death or injury during vehicular accidents.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"96 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132227146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Machine learning plays a crucial role in the automated detection, segmentation, and computer aided diagnosis of malignant lesions. In our study, we trained a vision transformer model using computer tomography (CT) scans. To establish if cancer is malignant or benign, the results are then compared to lung cancer images. Pre-classifying CT images from the initial dataset were the first stage. Since the entire image cannot be processed for the training model, we employed segmentation to break the image up into patches. To process the image through the transformer encoder and keep the training process on schedule and adjust to the variance in the images, the image has been separated into patches. The transformer's output is now the MLP head. Using the vision transformer model, we achieved the best accuracy of 91.93% after extensive training with 100 epochs.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131757388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AI devices rely solely on rational evaluation and machine learning allows us to focus on intuition. The task of intelligence is to deduce which method should be relied upon when solving various problems via the establishment of realistic judgments, according to what kind it identifies as being best for that particular problem. However, human judgments cannot simply be quantitatively compared and ranked by a computer according to conditions set by algorithms because certain difficult-to-measure criteria are not easily passable through algorithm systems such as ethics and common sense. In this research, the authors focus on developing judgment classification models using random forest and support vector machine. The authors attempt to test the effectiveness of sentiment proportions as features in judgment classification models.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131819655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the 28 per cent, % water is seawater namely it is excessively salted for consuming, for agricultural production and more critical items. That's because the freshwater which seems utilised is extremely small in bulk and its condition is every day growing worse. The condition of the water must be kept since it is a crucial life factor not just the individuals as well as other creatures and flora. Humans demand a suitable level sustained liquid to consume and employ in varied daily tasks Assessments of groundwater recharge and assessment are thus essential for the development of economy and society. Photogrammetry is now a crucial technique for ground component assessment as a result of advances. So to assure if the groundwater we get is excellent or wouldn't we have gathered a set and used multiple Ml techniques to assess the auc. So, the research intends to determine the prognosis of water whether it is of good standard or not by utilizing two algorithms, rbfnn and perceptron and to demonstrate which outperforms.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130308135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The quality of the crops is influenced by the nutrient level of the soil. Agriculturally productive fields with a variety of soil types make up the majority of our nation. Macronutrition and micronutrition are the two different types of soil nutrition. if the quality of the crop will improve with the usage of fertilisers. This fertiliser has the capacity to give the crop both high and poor yields. The richness of the output is significantly influenced by the amount of fertiliser utilised. The recommended IoT-based android system helps in evaluating how much fertiliser should be sprayed and tests the state of soil nutrition. It is well-known to farmers and provides an accurate assessment of the fertiliser level. Sensors are used, which is greatly expected, to improve soil nutrition. This useful proposed approach enhances the farmer’s expertise in handling fertilizer.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133882910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although future-proof 5G and well beyond systems are being designed to accommodate the varying needs of a wide range of use cases, the emphasis has shifted significantly due to 5G. These requirements encompass Accelerated Wireless Internet, Massive Computer Telecommunications, and Special Low Latency Communications. It will be important to rethink the current deployment of cellular networks in order to realise these features in 5G and beyond, since just inventing new radio access methods and leveraging extra spectrum will not be enough. Application networking, content delivery network abstraction, computer vision, and data storage are just some of the technologies being implemented into 5G networks to satisfy the demands of a wide range of requirements. However, there are a number of challenges presented by these technologies because to concerns around decentralization, transparency, compatibility, privacy, and security. Block chain’s distributed ledger system, cryptographically secured data storage, audit ability, immutability, and transparency have helped it gain traction as a potential answer to these issues. In this research, we take a look at the most up-to-date deployment of Blockchain in 5Mobile communications and examine how it might help 5G and beyond smart systems to provide a wide range of services in the front-haul, border, and core.","PeriodicalId":408520,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication (AISC)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122552595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
