The study looks at how hotels are using technology to improve hotel operations such as security, guest experience, and employee productivity. The ICT in the hotel industry has been a boon for both hoteliers and the customers. Hotel employees have been able to use technology to increase operational efficiency. The objective of study is the implementation and impact of ICT in rooms division across Delhi/ NCR and the benefits that have been realized such as fast electronic check-in/check-out, automate many processes including reservations, billing, and housekeeping. The methodology will be using questionnaire, survey and interview from employees and the population will be targeted 100 people for this research paper.
