Patient waiting time is also a potential component as a cause of dissatisfaction. Long waiting times at outpatient registration will reduce patient comfort. This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time for registration with patient satisfaction at the outpatient registration area at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all Outpatients (TPPRJ). A sample of 62 people was drawn by purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data by direct interviews using a questionnaire, data analysis using the Chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the waiting time for registration in the fast category is 62.9%. Patient satisfaction in the satisfied category was 59.7%. There is a relationship between waiting time for registration and patient satisfaction at the Outpatient Registration Center. p-value (= 0.022) < (= 0.05). If reality is greater than expectations, the consumer is very satisfied. The advantages of health services provided include aspects of tangible, assurance, reliability, empathy, and responsiveness. Meanwhile, satisfaction is the response or level (pleasure or disappointment) of the patient obtained after the patient has received a health service product by comparing the perceived performance or outcome with the patient's needs and expectations. This type of research is a quantitative research that is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design which aims to determine the factors that are related to the quality of health services on the satisfaction of inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam which were observed at the same time. The population in this study were all 34 inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam based on an initial survey in 2022 at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The sample in this study were 34 inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam who were taken using a total sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between the quality of health services in tangible dimensions (0.084> 05), empathy (0.088> 0.05), and responsiveness (0.058> 0.05), while reliability (0.05> 0.05). assurance (0,058>0,050). Medical records are files containing record and documents about patients that contain identity, examination, treatment and other medical actions. This reserce aims to see the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of medical record employees at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Work discipline is the obedience of an employees in carrying out his duties in accordance with predetermined regulations. Work motivation is an encouragement that grows from within person, both from within and from outside oneself in doing work with high enthousiasm which aims to get work results so that the desired satisfaction is achieved.  The Subejct of this study were all of employess at medical record at Grandmed hospital Lubuk Pakam as many as 10 employess. The type of reserch used was explanatory survey. Collecting data using questionnaires and interview. Analysis of data using statistical test of Rank Spearman. Based on these results of research by  compairing rho count value with rho table value (ɑ= 0,05) and the result of this reserch value 0,370, show that is significant relationship between work discipline and work motivation (0,79>0,370). Patients expect officers to provide services that match their interests and expectations, namely humane, responsive, empathetic, friendly and communicative. This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design which aims to determine the relationship between medical record services and patient satisfaction at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital. The sample in this study was taken using accidental sampling technique of 33 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested using the chi square test. The results showed that the medical record service at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital was in the good category (54.5%), most of the patients said they were satisfied with the medical record service (66.7%) and statistically there was a relationship between medical record service and patient satisfaction at the hospital. Produksi ASI sangat dipengaruhi oleh makanan yang dimakan ibu. Apabila makanan ibu secara teratur dan cukup mengandung gizi yang diperlukan akan mempengaruhi produksi ASI karena kelenjar pembuat ASI tidak dapat bekerja dengan sempurna tanpa makanan yang cukup. Untuk membentuk produksi ASI yang baik, makanan ibu harus memenuhi jumlah kalori, protein, lemak dan vitamin serta mineral yang cukup, selain itu ibu dianjurkan minum lebih banyak Umumnya makanan atau sayuran yang dapat menjadi ASI booster adalah daun katuk, namun ada lagi yang dapat menjadi pelancar produksi ASI yaitu daun bangun – bangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian daun bangun-bangun (coleus ambonicus lour) terhadap produksi ASI di Desa Lau Rakit Kecamatan STM Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2022. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experiment yang dirancang secara nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu menyusui yang berada pada periode postpartum sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 22 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji wilcoxon didapatkan p-value = 0,010 untuk kelompok intervensi dan p-value = 0,564 untuk kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh pemberian daun bangun-bangun (coleus ambonicus lour) terhadap produksi ASI. Disarankan kepada ibu yang memiliki masalah produksi ASI agar dapat memanfaatkan daun bangun-bangun sebagai makanan untuk melancarkan produksi ASI. Sehingga dengan begitu, ibu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ASI bayinya dengan baik. \u0000One of the most common factors related to the failure of the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is the factor that breast milk has not come out in the first week after giving birth and the mother's view that her milk production is not enough. Breast milk production is strongly influenced by the food the mother eats. Jika pelayanan kesehatan dapat memberi kepuasan kepada pasien maka menjadi bukti indikator didalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan sebuah Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Rawat Jalan di poliklinik lantai I RS Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling dimana sampel diambil kebetulan di jumpai pada saat melakukan penelitian. Analisa data menggunakan Uji chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan tampilan fisik dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,01), ada hubungan keandalan dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,01), ada hubungan ketanggapan dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,01), ada hubungan jaminan dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,03) dan ada hubungan empati dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,02), selain itu hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu ada hubungan sikap petugas kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai p=0,00). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of characteristics and access to informed consent at the Sambas Health Center, Sibolga City. This type of research is a cross sectional design approach. This research was carried out by the Sambas Health Center, Sibolga City. The study population was outpatients and was given medical approval at the Sambas Health Center, Sibolga City. Samples were obtained using a total sampling of 32 people. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (Chi Square), Multivariate (logistic regression).Based on the results of the study, it was found that from 33 respondents, the majority aged 21-40 years 51.5%, the majority were female 51.5%, the majority had high school education 57.6%, the majority did not work 39.4%, the majority were Muslim 78.8 %, the majority of the dominant ethnic group is Batak 81.8%. Bivariate analysis found that there was an effect of education (p= 0.054), occupation (p= 0.050) and access to information (p= 0.016) on informed consent. Multivariate analysis of the variables that have the greatest influence on Informed Consent is access to information with a value of 0.016 and Exp (B) 10.500. Based on these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of education, employment and access to information on Informed Consent. Low back pain can reduce human productivity, 50-80% of workers worldwide have experienced low back pain where almost a third of their age have experienced some type of low back pain which is the second disease after the flu. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sitting and sitting posture with complaints of low back pain among fish cutter workers at UD. Dumbo Jaya Group, Kota Galuh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The number of samples as many as 31 fish cutter workers, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using the chi-square test with a significant level of 95% or p≤α (0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between length of sitting and complaints of low back pain in fish cutter workers P = 0.013 < = 0.05 and there was a significant relationship between sitting posture and complaints of low back pain in fish cutter workers P = 0.039 < = 0.05. One of the treatment for high blood pressure is herbal treatment by drinking young coconut water. Young coconut water has content such as sugar, protein, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C. The high potassium content in young coconut can lower blood pressure, so young coconut water can be used to lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving young coconut water on blood pressure in pregnant women at Nining Pelawati Pratama Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research using a Quasy Experiment research design with a pre test and post test design with a sample of 20 respondents. The study was conducted using the Wilcoxon test, it was found that 90% of respondents who had been given young coconut water experienced a decrease in high blood pressure and 10% of respondents did not experience a change in high blood pressure. The results of the analysis showed that the p value for systolic and diastolic respondents was 0.001 (p < 0.05) which indicated that there was an effect of giving young coconut water to blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure.
