Teachers were enrolled, regardless of their experience and type of college, to quicken the data collection process.Finding: The study brought forth several stressors the teachers grappled with during COVID-19. Prominent among these were fear of contracting COVID infection, pressure related to changing teaching circumstances, and learning new skills for online teaching. . The major coping strategies used by teachers include, staying updated regarding the disease and alert to the government guidelines, adopting preventive measures, keeping busy in different household activities, spending quality time with family members, developing a healthy lifestyle, and connecting with friends and colleagues. Originality/Value: The present study is an empirical investigation based on primary survey.Implications of the study: Based on the revelation of fear, stress and anxiety among teachers amid COVID-19. The study emphasizes that the strategies adopted by teachers will help others too in reducing stress and improving their mental health. It has created an unprecedented level of risk, resultant in short term losses to investors during this period. Therefore, this paper is an attempt to investigate the international economic linkages between the Indian stock market and stock markets of selected countries during the pandemic period. Design/methodology/approach: The objectives of the study have been completed with the help of daily closing index data collected for the period of 1st February, 2020 to 31st March, 2021. The selected countries namely USA, China, Japan, Germany and India are the top five GDP holder countries according to the IMF world economic outlook report of 2020. The results were further analyzed with the help of Johansen co-integration test, Vector error correction method, granger causality test, variance decomposition and impulse response test. Findings: The results of the study indicates that the Indian stock market is co-integrated with other developed countries' stock me kets in the long run, and there exists a significant unidirectional relationship with stock indices of USA, Japan and Germany. The results suggests that still there is scope for portfolio diversification for investors in other countries. There is both more inclusivity and greater diversity. The paper attempts to study the acceptance of the virtual platform, its magnitude and the sustenance with regards to various sectors of the service industry in India. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses the Technology Acceptance Model as a basic model to explore the effects of variables like perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions and social influence on the intention to use various virtual platforms. Furthermore, the impact of social and facilitating factors adapted from Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology has also been considered to study the effects on the attitude towards using these platforms. The paper is a questionnaire based primary research where convenience random sampling has been used and Exploratory Factor Analysis has been run on number of items. Findings: The study has shown how performance has the magnifying effect on the intention to use virtual platforms for work related tasks. Originality/Value: The insights from prior studies on the impact of work from home arrangements do not extend to the current context since these arrangements were mostly limited to a select group of workers and/or organizations and were often self-selected.
