Con ese fin, se concentra en el establecimiento y consolidacion institucional de dos campos intelectuales y especialidades medicas, la Cancerologia y la Dietologia, entre las decadas de 1920 y 1940. En este marco, presta especial atencion a una serie de procesos que fueron clave para el trazado de fronteras entre expertos y legos en esos nuevos dominios de saber y practica: las iniciativas para institucionalizar la formacion de nivel superior y la emision de mensajes expertos a traves de los medios de masas y la educacion de nivel inicial y medio. Este articulo propone que este libro de bebe tuvo dos objetivos principales: inmortalizar a sus hijos registrando la fugacidad de la infancia y dibujar como excusa para evidenciar al dibujante. Este texto plantea que el momento pasajero de la ninez se conmemoro a traves de un medio que es por definicion momentaneo. Haciendo un cuidadoso analisis visual de este objeto, enmarcandolo dentro de un contexto estetico sobre el genero del boceto, y haciendo un seguimiento del tema de infancia en la obra del artista, el articulo propone una lectura sobre un objeto hasta el momento no estudiado que permite entender a Cano como un pintor moderno, intimo y familiar. These victimizing facts are usually studied separately, both in the legal and academic fields, with the aim of highlighting grievances. However, seven years of research on the drug war, related violence, and Human Rights violations in Mexico, has allowed me to observe that the grievances, caused by forced disappearance and forced internal displacement, are experienced by the survivors in a continues flux. Sferco","doi":"10.15446/hys.n39.82846","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15446/hys.n39.82846","url":null,"abstract":"In this article we offer a political philosophical analysis of an “exemplary” case of criminalization of solidarity towards migrants and refugees today: the case of Carola Rackete, captain of Sea Watch 3 who starred in a rescue in the Mediterranean in 2019. Based on certain theoretical-conceptual developments by central authors of contemporary philosophy, such as Michel Foucault, Giorgio Agamben, Judith Butler, Etienne Balibar and Jacques Derrida, we seek to address the ethical and political contradictions entailed by the practices of solidarity towards people in situation of international mobility. The conflict began with the displacement of the Melipilla indigenous people to the Maipo River after the founding of the village of San Jose de Logrono in 1742. Then, throughout the eighteenth century, the Melipilla indigenous people coexisted with new projects of land transfers and reductions promoted by the colonial administration and later by the patriot government of the early nineteenth century. However, the forced relocations to other indigenous peoples’ villages caused, over time, tension in the relations of coexistence between the peoples, likewise, it promoted the resistance of the population to the local authorities. This work aims to analyze the transfers and attempted relocations of indigenous peoples in the Melipilla party in the cycle that runs between 1750 and 1818 and to identify the manifestations of resistance and adaptation displayed by indigenous communities and local authorities. This paper analyzes his texts dedicated to astronomical knowledge, many of them which had not been specifically studied before. The hypothesis seeks to demonstrate that Vicuna Mackenna’s main purpose, when talking about astronomy in the press, was to defend the popularization of this science, as well as other scientific disciplines. En este orden de discusion, se argumenta la importancia de la reflexion conceptual para procesar e interrogar los acervos de conocimiento acumulados por las revistas especializadas en Mexico, como fuentes escriturarias en las que estan sedimentadas las huellas de proyectos, experiencias del tiempo e intereses intelectuales y practico-politicos en distintos periodos. Millán, Juan Sebastián Califa","doi":"10.15446/hys.n38.80543","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15446/hys.n38.80543","url":null,"abstract":"In this paper we make a statistical analysis of the struggles of the student movement at the National University of Cordoba between the coup d’etat and the university intervention of 1966 and the establishment of the last civic-military dictatorship in 1976. We analyze the activation and reflux cycles, as well as the forms of action, the protagonists, the claims, the allies and the scenarios of the action. For this, work was carried out with an important database that meticulously recorded information about the confrontations assumed by the Cordoba students during this period. This database collects information from more than twenty Argentine newspapers, including those published in the City of Cordoba (La Voz del Interior, Los principios y Cordoba). In the conclusions of the article, the relevance in Cordoba of the three-year period between 1969 and 1971 is emphasized, given that it is the period where confrontations increase and student action becomes more disruptive, violence playing a prominent role. In addition, during these years there was the defeat of the dictatorship. Secondly, it is pointed out that it is not possible to establish a clear preeminence of any student block, even though the reformists carried out a greater number of actions. El texto analiza la transformacion de las relaciones de produccion de la industria musical en la capital en el curso de descomposicion de la contracultura, de fortalecimiento del Estado autoritario y retraimiento musical al subterraneo. Da cuenta del constrenimiento de la produccion industrial, asi como de los espacios en radio y television en relacion con los musicos locales contraculturales.
