Research on entrepreneurial intention and its determinants in the field of ‘pharmapreneurship’ with professional pharmacists as research subjects is still not widely revealed. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey model. The population of this study is all pharmacists registered with the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) in the area of the Greater Jakarta of Indonesia. Based on the Slovin formula (error 5%) obtained a sample number of 391 pharmacists, with proportional random sampling. The Independent t-test was conducted to investigate mean differences of the EI and its determinants between male and female of professional pharmacists. The results showed that the mean difference on entrepreneurial intention (EI), entrepreneurial attitude (EA) and entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) between male and female of professional pharmacists are significantly rejected except for entrepreneurial education (EE). The paper provides evidence that equality between gender settings need to be considered in the design and delivery of the determinants except EE if they are to have the desired impact on entrepreneurial intention. The research findings are of interest to business, academia and policy makers.","PeriodicalId":407757,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Business and Management Review","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128767599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employed a correctional sectional research design. It involved quantitative and qualitative methods which enabled the study to evaluate the relationship between the study variables. A sample of 105 respondents were selected using simple random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The quantitative and qualitative data from the respondents was analyzed using SPSS Version 21.0 and thematic analysis respectively. Quantitative results in form of descriptive statistics, correlations and regressions were presented in tables based on the study objectives. The study found out that strategy management, has a positive significant relationship with organizational performance of SACCOs (r = .962, P≤.01). With these findings, the study makes a contribution of providing empirical evidence that has been widely absent to channel the presently zealous discussion surrounding issues of strategic management and organizational performance in Lyamujungu SACCO. This research method uses panel data regression analysis by combining two data from time series with cross section. From the test results for individual correlations, it was found that the Interest Rate Variable correlation did not have a partial/individual significant effect on Domestic Investment (PMDN). While the Infrastructure Variable on Domestic Investment (PMDN) has a significant influence partially/individually.Furthermore, joint testing between all independent variables on the dependent variable. (Interest Rates and Infrastructure) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable Domestic Investment (PMDN). Based on this research, it illustrates that low bank interest rates and good infrastructure will be able to encourage increased domestic investment which will ultimately be able to increase GRDP, people's income and people's welfare in Banten province. Therefore the role of the government in terms of improving the quality of infrastructure, especially roads and intervention on interest rates (credit) will greatly assist domestic investors to become entrepreneurs.","PeriodicalId":407757,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Business and Management Review","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129046451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
