It does with removing fish load from local fisherman to the foreign ship in the other country’s waters which is unreported to the authorized party and directly go to their countrys to get a big profit and minimalize loss as small as possible. Furthermore, this act in the Indonesian’s exlusive economic zone doesn’t have the rules that arrange to this act for fines and imprisonment punishments. So that, this research aims to analyth some rules of law to get the answer does the recent law could be applied to the illegal transhipment perpetrators. This research methods using normative juridical which is regulatory approach methods or primary and secondary data that use some literature product of law and references which have been collected before. In Indonesia, the management of village tourism is the authority of the village government, but this is not clearly regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations, if based on the theory of authority, the village government manages village tourism. The problems of this research include various dynamics of regulations related to the authority of the village government in managing village tourism. This type of research is a normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, where this research was conducted with the aim of providing legal arguments as the basis for the importance of regulating the law to provide legal certainty and authority to the village government in managing village tourism. This research results first, based on existing legal policies, it is very important to make regulations related to village government in managing village tourism. The high demand for industrial salt makes Indonesia import salt because imported salt is considered to have high quality according to industrial needs, namely with a NaCl content of 97%, while the quality of salt in Indonesia only has a NaCl content of 94%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the government's accountability to local salt farmers who experience economic stagnation based on the perspective of State Administrative Law. The research method used is normative research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that the import invasion that occurred should be able to bring in the import of people-based industries. Because so far, import activities are considered to have weakened the economy of local salt farmers. The loss of stipulation in the salt import approval has also opened a gap for salt import faucets because the form is only in the form of a recommendation letter so that based on state administrative law this cannot be contested. However, the development of technology and information not only provides benefits, but also creates problems that can harm society, such as misuse of data, theft of personal information, the sale of personal information, and fraud. Business actors or electronic system operators may collect personal data from customers or potential customers offline or online. This may allow digital data to be traded or misused (for purposes other than sharing or transmitting digital personal data) without the knowledge and consent of the data owner. Personal data can be hijacked or stolen (hacked) by third parties. This study aims to examine the legal protection of personal data in the use of applications on smartphones to provide input for the Government and law enforcement in making and enforcing regulations on personal data protection. This study uses normative research methods by analyzing legal aspects and conducting a search for library materials. Protection of privacy data as part of respect for the right to privacy (the right of privacy) must start by providing legal certainty. Therefore, the guarantee for the protection of privacy data must be placed in a legal instrument that has the highest power, namely the constitution, because the Basic Law or Constitution is the highest legal instrument in a country. . The need to provide understanding and education to the public that there are other solutions that can be taken in the event of a business dispute that is not only through litigation.
