Abstract

Village tourism is one of the tourism activities that make a large and significant contribution to the economy in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the management of village tourism is the authority of the village government, but this is not clearly regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations, if based on the theory of authority, the village government manages village tourism. The problems of this research include various dynamics of regulations related to the authority of the village government in managing village tourism. This type of research is a normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, where this research was conducted with the aim of providing legal arguments as the basis for the importance of regulating the law to provide legal certainty and authority to the village government in managing village tourism. This research results first, based on existing legal policies, it is very important to make regulations related to village government in managing village tourism. Second, to fill financial needs in managing village tourism through villages.
