In order to obtain the adjustment limit of adjustable load, this paper studies the load performance by example. Then, the optimal combination benefit is established by using the range that can be adjusted and controlled under different backgrounds. The optimal price can be found through optimal scheduling, and the scheduling time and load reduction amount can be reduced. The flexible loads of each incentive type and the output of each unit can be placed in the same period to facilitate the execution of the scheduling command. Finally, the IEEE14 nodal system is selected for arithmetic analysis, which provides load optimization of station areas oriented to network-load synergy. While optimizing the energy consumption and task scheduling within data centers located in different time zones and connected at national and international level, it is possible to balance the local power grids, to allow a better penetration of intermittent renewable energy sources, and a more economical way to address peak demand by avoiding or postponing costly investments in network expansion. Challenges and opportunities that behind the exploitation of data centers flexibility within sustainable electrical energy systems will be discussed. An interdisciplinary approach to tackle these kind of problems will be proposed, and visions for a novel framework called VEDA (moVE DAta to balance the grid) will be outlined.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124040464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the system is a nonlinear system, the unscented Kalman filter has stronger advantages than the extended Kalman filter for the strongly nonlinear system. Therefore, this paper designs an UKF to determine the relative position and attitude information of the dead satellite relative to the service satellite, and uses the service satellite's own inertial navigation system to obtain its precise position, velocity and attitude information, and then obtain the dead satellite's position and attitude information. On this basis, 100 Monte Carlo shooting simulation tests were carried out to verify the superiority of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the overall state of the system is considerable when the observable conditions are met; the estimation accuracy of the relative position is better than 0.01 m, the estimation accuracy of the relative velocity is better than 0.001 m/s, and the estimation accuracy of the target angular velocity is better than 0.005°/s, the relative attitude estimation accuracy is better than 0.04°.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123431002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A few studies have explored the extracted sequen- tial information in the queries while this underlying information can be focused on as a valuable source for predicting user click preferences. This paper proposes an attention-based LSTM model to predict user click preferences on a submitted input quey using the previous queries sequence and user click history. In this model, we use the topic distribution of user documents as attention to the LSTM model. The feature information of the content extracted is used as the attention information of the LSTM network during the training process. We compare the model with topic-based ranking models with data from an AOL search engine and Session TREC 2013,2014 to show its performance. The result reveals significant improvement in the attention-based LSTM model using topics in the Mean Reciprocal Rank by 13% compared to the baseline topic-based models.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116622133","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The urgent problems are to deal with the influencing factors such as the complex environmental changes, occlusion, jitter, etc.. After solving these problems, the difficulty of identifying and tracking the disaster body is reduced, and the physical information recognition of the target body and the acquired video image processing are more accurate. As the result, the capture, recognition and analysis of the motion characteristics of the disaster body can be realized. According this technology, the video image stabilization is used to do de-jitter pre-processing, and then the sparse optical flow algorithm and the dense optical flow algorithm to identify and analyse the image, and the motion information of the disaster body can be identified end. As an empirical example, the video of Zhangjiawan rock avalanches was dealed with this technology. This example shows that this geological hazard monitoring technology can more accurately identify the motion information of the disasters, and it is suitable for the difficult early identification of rockslides in the complex environment of the karst mountainous areas in Southwest China.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127294496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose an innovative approach named improved fuzzy actor-critic learning (IFACL) to solve this problem without modelling the map containing obstacles and complex calculation. Specifically, only the initial position, target position and obstacle position are needed as inputs for the algorithm to learn a desired path. Based on FACL, a penalty factor is added to enable agents obtaining the ability to avoid obstacles through punishing agents when exceeding position constraints. Then, to optimize the path planned, an excessive coordinate point which can be updated iteratively during the training process is utilized to calculate the reward with penalty factor. The simulation results prove the superiority and effectiveness of this algorithm in different scenarios with regular obstacles and hypothetical irregular obstacles. Due to the flexibility of FACL, this approach may be easily extended to path planning with velocity constraints and dynamic constraints.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"29 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130257469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is becoming more and more important to perceive the network security situation, monitor the network operation status, and ensure the security of information assets. Security Onion (SO) is a free and opensource Linux distribution for threat hunting, enterprise security monitoring, and log management. Security Onion is used to monitor specific network traffic, detect intrusion actions, and stop the attacker from taking further actions. Bugs in other Linux versions of operating systems may also exist in SO. This paper presents some existing security bugs in Ubuntu and the Linux kernel and tests whether these exist and lead to security vulnerabilities that can be exploited in Security Onion as well. The knowledge graph of electromechanical equipment uses a structured way to express the relationship between concepts and entities in electromechanical equipment, and uses this form for data storage and computational reasoning. This can simplify the design of the electromechanical system and improve the efficiency of knowledge reasoning and knowledge calculation. However, due to the complex structure, high correlation and large amount of information of electromechanical equipment, the constructed knowledge graph of electromechanical equipment often has the problem of insufficient association expression and sparse information. Especially lack of expression of its hierarchical relationship. Therefore, this paper proposes a hierarchical relationship construction method based on electromechanical equipment, which is specifically used to extract the information about the physical model, logical model and geometric model of power distribution equipment, electrical equipment, cables, and pipelines in electromechanical equipment, constructing a Hierarchical knowledge graph. The hierarchical relationship construction method is mainly through the integration of logical and physical levels, hierarchical structure of electromechanical equipment data and data clustering as an important feature, so as to obtain stable and hierarchical characteristics of electromechanical equipment knowledge graph. At the same time, the hierarchical features can further complete the construction of the knowledge graph, thereby improving the structure of the knowledge graph and efficiency of the reasoning engine.","PeriodicalId":407010,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 6th International Conference on Systems, Control and Communications","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130489210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
