Gout arthritis is a joint disease caused by increased uric acid levels in the blood, causing several problems. One of the causes of gout is the patient's lack of knowledge about the rules of the gout arthritis diet. The purpose of this study was to carry out family nursing care with a deficiency of understanding of case gout arthritis in Balungtawun Village, Sukodadi District of Lamongan Regency. Methods: The research method used is case study research. The research subjects used five respondents from five family members who had gouty arthritis with knowledge deficit problems in Balungtawun Village, Sukodadi District of Lamongan Regency, using a family nursing process approach. The data was collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by comparing the theory with cases. Results: The results of the case studies were analyzed, and it was found that there was a match in the process of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation. It also has other negative impacts, socially stigmatized and ostracized by the community. Methods: This research is quantitative type. The design of this research is design used in this research, which is a cross-sectional design with observation or data collection at once (point time approach). The sample in this study was 20 people. Every surgery is associated with an incision, a trauma for the patient who handles complaints such as pain. This research is a case study research with participants of post-section postpartum mothers with pain aromatherapy nursing actions. Methods: The data collection method was done by interview, observation, and medical records for four days in the Melati room of Dr Soegiri Lamongan. The data are presented in tabular form and descriptive analysis using the nursing stages. Results: The results of this case study indicate that the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of Post Sectio Caesarea patients are consistent with the diagnosis of primary pain. Conclusions: The reference of this study is the patient P2002 Post Sectio Caesarea can be carried out in nursing care following the theory. Adolescents will experience stages towards social and economic independence, identity building, acquisition of skills for adult life, and the ability to negotiate. Body shaming, weight shaming, or harassment based on appearance can be described as mocking or humiliating someone based on their physical appearance. The study aimed to determine the relationship between body shaming behaviour and the stress levels of the ninth graders at SMP N 4 Bojonegoro. Methods: The design of this research was a cross-sectional analysis. The population was 80 ninth graders obtained by using a purposive sampling technique. The students were experiencing body shaming. The research data were taken using the Body-Shaming questionnaire to measure body shaming behaviour and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 42 questionnaire to measure stress levels. Results: The results showed that 9 out of 11 students (81.8%) who experienced severe body shaming behaviour had extreme stress levels, 37 out of 38 students (97.4%) students who participated in proper body shaming behaviour had moderate stress levels, 18 out of 31 students (58.1%) who experienced mild body shaming behaviour had mild stress levels. Non-compliance in DM patients in performing self-care can affect the quality of life of patients. This study aimed to explain the relationship between self-care management and the quality of life of DM patients. Methods: This research design was analytically observational with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 80 respondents of DM patients treated at RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik with a purposive sampling technique. They collected data using a questionnaire and statistical test of this study using the Spearman test. Results: The results are that the majority of self-care management is sufficient (67.5%) for as many as 54 people and good quality of life (86.2%) for as many as 69 people. An easy-to-use verbal skill stimulation tool is the finger puppet. Stimulation finger puppet effective with storytelling method. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of finger puppet stimulation on the language development of preschool children. Methods: This study used to pretest and posttest control group design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, with a sample of 66 respondents (33 intervention, 33 control). The research instrument by observation used a checklist. The bivariate analysis uses the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests with a significance level α<0,05. Results: The Wilcoxon test showed finger puppet stimulation effectively improved children's language development in the intervention group (p=0,000). Exclusive breastfeeding is closely related to the mother's knowledge about breastfeeding. Thus, it is necessary to identify the level of understanding of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding. This study aimed to describe the knowledge of mothers who breastfeed exclusively at Sukomulyo community health centre, Gresik. Methods: This study used a retrospective descriptive research design. This study's population were mothers with babies aged >6 to 12 months at the Sukomulyo community health centre. The sample in this study was 35 samples obtained through the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by filling out questionnaires and analyzed using a frequency distribution table. Results: Mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding found that the majority of mothers aged 20-35 years were 26 people (74.29%), the education level of mothers who graduated from high school was 18 people (51.43%), and mothers worked as housewives as many as 25 people (71.43%). Most of the mothers had a good level of knowledge, as many as 27 people (77%) and only one mother with less knowledge. Mothers with good knowledge mainly were owned by mothers aged 20-35, as many as 21 people (77.78%), mothers with a college education last as many as 15 people (55.56%), and housewives as many as 21 people (77.78%). Many disasters have resulted in 4,851 deaths and 39,633 people missing and injured (BNPB, 2021). Methods: This research is a quantitative correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, which consisted of 335 respondents from nursing students at STIKes Yatsi, Tangerang. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using chi-square test. Results: The results showed that most female students had a good level of knowledge (55,2%) and preparedness (58,5%). The bivariate analysis results showed a significant relationship between knowledge and disaster preparedness r = 0.016 (r < 0.05). The purpose of this study was to describe the causes of the incident in Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik. Methods: The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a total of 55 respondents. In this study, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Results: The most common cause of MDR-TB in Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik was a history of previous TB treatment with the results of the study obtained from 55 respondents, as many as 30 people (54.5%), and 25 people who did not have a history of previous treatment (45, 5%). Conclusions: Based on the study's results, the most common cause of MDR-TB at Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik was a history of previous TB treatment. The causes of the minor incidence of MDR-TB are low family support and the subordinate role of PMO. Chest pain is described as pressing, usually radiating to the jaw or teeth, shoulders, arms, and/or back. Purpose: to report a case study on nursing care of clients with acute pain in AMI clients in the ICCU Room of Dr. Soegiri Hospitals Lamongan. Methods: research using case studies. The sample used was one IMA client with acute pain. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation studies. Result: the case shows that there are several gaps between the client's facts and the literature review. For the assessment of AMI clients in general there is no gap, nursing diagnoses lead to a priority, namely acute pain, with priority nursing actions taken, namely providing analgesic therapy and advising clients to perform distraction and relaxation techniques. Evaluation of the nursing diagnosis of acute pain, the problem was partially resolved on the third day.
