This study aims to analyze and determine the administrative procedures for regional financial management at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of Boalemo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with research results that are more focused on being described in the form of narratives from the results of the analysis. Qualitative data analysis techniques with the stages of providing data collection and data reduction, data display or conclusions and drawing/verification stages. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research carried out show that several indicators are used as benchmarks for achieving performance or efforts from BPBDs, including organizational strategies that have an impact on encouraging change to the community directly which are influenced by the values of organizational or agency activities, program strategies to form programs by involving several stakeholders and pay attention to three aspects, namely prevention, mitigation, and preparedness, resource strategy to conduct training and technical guidance in improving the ability of the apparatus, and to provide facilities that can be used by the community. The supporting factors for this activity consist of two factors, namely the first factor is raising united human resources to help the government to reduce the risk of fire disasters through the community/volunteer team and collaboration between agencies, secondly through the application of information systems that use technology tools to provide data and information about disasters in a comprehensive manner. fire special. The inhibiting factor of this activity consists of two factors, namely the first factor is climatic conditions with high heat which make the risk of fire higher. Informants are experts (experts) as many as 6 people and conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the right strategy. The research findings, the factors that influence the increase in parking fees, are seen from Strengths with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67 and the commitment of regional heads and ranks with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67. The level of effectiveness of the government's response is cooperation with other agencies with an average score of 3.83 or 76.67. Liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and rentability ratio are ratios used to measure how well the banking financial statements are performing. The study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and rentability ratios on the performance of financial statements of conventional banks listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. Samples from 15 banks. The results of the study, partially Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability Ratios have a significant effect on Financial Performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count Liquidity (109.7), solvency (25,639) and rentability (7,979) always greater than t table (1,993). This study aims to analyze the realization of the expenditure budget to measure the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a Budget Realization Report for the 2017-2021 Fiscal Year. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method using the concept of Value for money in the form of measuring Economic Ratios, Effectiveness Ratios and Efficiency Ratios. Retrieval of research data used is documentation and direct observation with the head of the finance department of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency is generally said to be good. This means that BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency has been careful in managing the budget provided by the government and in accordance with existing needs and budgets. This research technique uses quantitative methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, the instrument test was validity and reliability test, hypothesis test used simple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination which was processed using SPSS.20. In this study the results obtained that ticket prices and service quality have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions with an F-count value of 34.779 > T-table 1.996 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. Many passengers still do manual check-in. The purpose of this study determine how much the analysis of the influence level of understanding and constraints on passengers on understanding of web check-in Citilink Airlines at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. This Research uses a quantitative method. The population is all Citilink passengers at the Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport from September to October. The technique in this study is a purposive sampling, this data processing use a questionnaire, and the data processing use the SPSS 21 software program. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis on the F is F count > F table, there is an influence on the level of understanding and obstacles faced by passengers on understanding of web check-in on Citilink airlines at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport.
