There are many challenges faced by both lecturers and students, ranging from supporting electronic devices, signal strength, data quotas, to students' skills in utilizing technology for learning. Initially, they were not prepared, but now they must be ready for online learning. A random sample of 200 respondents from the undergraduate Management program at Dharma Andalas University provided results showing that the Attitude Towards The Behaviour variable has the strongest influence on the Intention variable, followed by Subjective Norms, and then Perceived Behavioral Controls. So far, students' readiness for online learning is quite good, and they even hope that the campus continues online learning, but with the inclusion of face-to-face learning. \u0000 \u0000 ABSTRAK \u0000Perguruan tinggi sebagai pembelajaran lanjutan mewajibkan seluruh mahasiswa untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran daring ini. Banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh dosen dan mahasiswa mulai dari perangkat elektronik yang mendukung, sinyal, kuota dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk pembelajaran. Pada awalnya mereka tidak siap namun hingga sekarang mereka harus siap untuk pembelajaran daring. Sampel yang dipilih secara acak sejumlah 200 responden mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Dharma Andalas yang memberikan hasil bahwa variabel Attitude Towards The Behaviour mempengaruhi variabel Intention paling kuat, selanjutnya Subjective Norms dan selanjutnya Perceived Behavioural Controls. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatera. Quantitative research method was used in getting primer data resulted from questionnaire given. The population of this research was the employees in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) counted as 77 respondent in total. The data was analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially (t test), the training variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.526 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. The work experience variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.792 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Simultaneously (F test) training and work experience of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatra with an f test resulted of 32.665 > 4,095 at a significant level, namely a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the R test obtained 45.5% level of training and work experience affected employee career development. While the remaining 54.5% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT. kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah meliputi karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Data sampel penelitian sebanyak 77 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,526 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,792 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. Secara simultan (uji F) pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar dengan hasil uji f sebesar 32,665 > 4,095 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan uji R diperoleh 45,5% tingkat pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi pengembangan karir karyawan. Zocorindo Puri Asri. This research was conducted to all employees of PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri, totaling 63 people. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS software version 21. The analysis carried out in this study was the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. Three hypotheses were developed to study the effect of creativity and work experience on the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of creativity and work experience on the effectiveness of the performance of employees who work at PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri, as well as the variables of creativity and work experience together have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of performance at PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri. amounted to 46.6% and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variable that has the greatest influence is creativity, this is seen from the greatest Beta (β) value, which is 0.462 and has the most influential significance value of 0.000. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas dan pengalaman kerja karyawan dengan efektivitas kinerja karyawan PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri yang berjumlah 63 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan program softwere SPSS versi 21. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji-f, uji t, dan uji koefisen determinasi. Tiga hipotesis dikembangkan untuk mempelajari pengaruh kreativitas dan pengalaman kerja terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kreativitas dan pengalaman kerja terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri, serta variabel kreativitas dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja di PT. Zocorindo Puri Asri. sebesar 46,6% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oeh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti pada penelitian ini. The type research used is quantitative method. The data analysis technique used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 400 respondents in 2021. The research uses secondary data. The result of this study indicate that the motor vehicle tax sanction has no effect on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers in the city of Padang, while the regulation of motorized vehicle taxes affects the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers in the city of Padang. This can be seen form the results of the motor vehicle tax sanction whit a t-count value of -1.994 which is smaller than the t-table 1.971 whit a significant level of 0.047 which is less than 0.05, while the result of controlling motor vehicle taxes whit a t-count value of 2.712 is greater than t-table 1.971 with a significant level of 0.007 less than 0.05 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sanksi dan penertiban Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak kendaraan bermotor pada SAMSAT Kota Padang. The research method used is descriptive using a quantitative method involving 100 respondents who know Corkcicle products. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Respondent data was processed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique assisted by the SmartPLS application. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data responden diolah menggunakan teknik analisis SmartPLS dibantu dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. In this research, the data collection used the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, while the data analysis used the SWOT method. The PRA techniques used were Trend Charting and LivelihoodChanges, Institutional Studies (Venn Diagrams), Daily Activity Charts and Village Transects. The results of the study show the potential of the village in the form of land area, beautiful nature, good production of rice fields and good fields, abundant water supply, the existence of village institutions and BUMNag operating in Nagari and there are problems that occur such as not having complete and goodtourism supporting component (accessibility and amenities), yet the innovation on physical tourism activities. This policy is used by taxpayers to take tax avoidance actions as explained by the Tax Justice Network, which noted that tax revenues that cannot be collected due to tax avoidance practices in Indonesia reach US$4.86 billion per year or the equivalent of Rp.69.1 trillion and Indonesia's position in the case of tax avoidance. tax ranks fourth in Asia (Wildan, 2020). This study uses the Effective Tax Ratio (ETR) as a proxy or measurement of tax avoidance. This research aims to empirically test Food and Beverage Company Tax Avoidance Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thes population of this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2019 and 2020-2021. The object of research at the Islamic Hospital in West Sumatra, the analysis study is the financial and non-financial reports in the form of secondary data and primary data, the data is collected using documentation techniques, review literature and interviews along with conducting field studies. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using Balance Score Card (BSC) analysis. The results showed that the Learning and Growth Perspective variable was considered good overall, but in the employee training section it was considered quite low because it was hampered by the covid-19 outbreak. In the Internal Business Process Perspective as a whole it is considered not good. whereas one of the indicators from the Customer Perspective is considered not good, namely the number of patient visits, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, even though customer satisfaction is considered good. And in the Financial Perspective on average it is considered quite good, except for accounts receivable turnover and cash ratios. \u0000Keywords: Financial Perspective; Customer; Internal Business; Learning and Growth Process \u0000 \u0000 ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kemampuan bersaing dengan mengukur Kinerja Rumah Sakit Islam di Sumatera Barat, pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan. Objek penelitian di Rumah Sakit Islam di Sumatera Barat,kajian analisanya adalah laporan keuangan dan non keuangan berupa data sekunder dan data primer dengan, data dikumpukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, literatur review dan wawancara beserta melakukan studi lapangan. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa Balance Score Card (BSC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Perspektif Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan secara keseluruhan dinilai baik, namun pada bagian pelatihan karyawan dinilai cukup rendah karena terhambat oleh wabah covid-19. Pada Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal secara keseluruhan dinilai kurang baik. sedangkan pada salah satu indikator Perspektif Pelanggan dinilai kurang baik, yaitu pada jumlah kunjungan pasien, karena adanya wabah Covid-19, meski secara kepuasan pelanggan dinilai baik. The research data is in the form of secondary data, the type of ratio data, namely the GDP of the city of Padang in 2017-2021 according to the field of business (sector) based on the 2010 ADHB base year. The research population is 12 districts and 7 cities in the province of West Sumatra and the sample is the city of Padang determined by the purposive sampling technique. Processing and analyzing data using quantitative descriptive statistics. Based on the LQ analysis, the city of Padang in 2021 has 11 categories of business fields as its leading sectors as follows: 1) processing industry, 2) water supply, waste management and recycling, 3) transportation and warehousing, 4) information and communication, 5) services finance and insurance, 6) real estate, 7) corporate services, 8) government administration, defense and social security, 9) education services, 10) health services and social activities, 11) other services. Of the 11 categories of business fields, the company service sector has the highest LQ value as the leading sector with the largest contribution to GRDP. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 Tujuan penelitian identifikasi sektor-sektor unggulan sebagai leading sector kota Padang ibu kota provinsi Sumatera Barat menggunakan metode Location Quotient (LQ). Data penelitian berupa data sekunder jenis data rasio yakni PDB kota Padang tahun 2017 – 2021 menurut lapangan usaha (sektor) berdasarkan ADHB tahun dasar 2010. Populasi penelitian 12 kabupaten dan 7 kota di provinsi Sumatera Barat serta sampelnya kota Padang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sanpling. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis LQ kota Padang tahun 2021 mempunyai 11 kategori lapangan usaha sebagai sektor unggulannya sebagai berikut : 1) industri pengolahan, 2) pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah limbah dan daur ulang, 3) transportasi dan pergudangan, 4) informasi dan komunikasi, 5) jasa keuangan dan asuransi, 6) real estate, 7) jasa perusahaan, 8) administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial, 9) jasa pendidikan, 10) jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial, 11) jasa lainnya. The research sample consisted of 292 people using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected using a non-probability sampling technique using a Likert scale questionnaire. All the results of the instrument test and the classical assumption test complied in order to obtain the equation Y = 0.028 + 0.095X1 - 0.291X2 + 0.406X3 + 0.486X4 + 0.156X5 + e. The results of partial hypothesis testing show perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance have a significant positive effect on webrooming intention of FEB students at Dharma Andalas University except socialization has a significant negative effect on webrooming intention. Correlation of perceived usefullness of online search, perceived ease of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization with high webrooming intention 0.915. Perceived usefullness of online search, perceived ease of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization is able to explain the webrooming intention of undergraduate students of Management FEB Dharma Andalas University by 0.835 while the remaining 0.165 is explained by other variables not included in the research model. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization, terhadap webrooming intention mahasiswa FEB Universitas Dharma Andalas.
