Indonesia is blessed with abundant natural resources and a choices of energy resources to generate electricity among other are coal, gas, biomass, hydro to electricity tariff by 11 U.S cents / kWh. However, the government did not set a levelized cost of geothermal, as an indication of geothermal, creating a fierce competition in electricity tariffs. While geothermal is inline with energy security principle and green growth initiative, it requires a huge capital funding. Geothermal electricity development consists of phases of project with each having its own financial characteristics. The Indonesian government has set a support in the form of ceiling price by 11 U.S cents / kWh. However, the government did not set a levelized cost of geothermal, as an indication of lower limit capacity class, to which support is given. The government should establish a levelized cost of geothermal energy to reflect its financial capability in supporting geothermal development. The innovation culture required people in organization to collaborate and work together in exchange and share their knowledge, ideas and experience. Apparently, knowledge sharing is a pivotal process of enhance innovation through exchange their ideas, opinions and discuss among employees to come out with new ideas. Hence, the main purpose of this study is to determine the knowledge sharing factors such as technology, rewards, leadership, trust and organization in innovative capability. Survey was conducted in twenty three selected manufacturing companies in Selangor. Descriptive and correlational study was conducted and result showed that reward system, trust and organizational learning were significant in the developing innovation capability in manufacturing. Technology and leadership did not support for this study. The findings were contrast with the previous study as highlights the importance of technology usage was mainly contributed in innovation capability. The results of this study would give a notion that technology, reward system, leadership/management support, trust, and organizational learning may have an influence on innovation capability. Besides that, this study is significantly useful for manufacturing company especially the exporter companies. Companies that involve import export business worldwide particularly require continuous innovation to remain competitive in the market. However, before any innovation made, they should recognize the factors that can help them to do innovation. The application was designed as an interactive program visualizing Green House Gas emission calculated by individual cooking oil consumption and disposals, as well as a potential GHG reduction if the same amountof waste cooking oil was recycled. On 13 and 14 February, 2014, the released mobile application was demonstrated at three high schools, SMA2, SMA3, SMAPGRI4 in Bogor, Indonesia. The responses of 188 households were collected by a mobile application and paper questionnaires. The results showed that 51% of households disposed waste cooking oil to drainage.17%to soil, and 15% gave it to maids for further use. The average monthly consumption and disposal of cooking oil were 3.6L and 0.8L respectively. The feedback of the GHG emission by user's own cooking oil consumption and disposal seemed to have enhanced users' environmental recognition and incentive to participate in Bogor City's waste cooking oil recycling program. As one of the major companies that have activities in the field of product distribution and sales of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), X Co. required in order to meet customer needs and demands. The phenomenon of over-stock and out of stock occurring in DC make identifying the root cause must be traced. Main objective of this research is to determine appropriate inventory policy in DC, in order to maintain the supply of stock and improve the service level of distribution centers. Perpetual policy (Q model) is proposed to be the most suitable yet applicable model for X Co. Determination of the maximum quantity originally done intuitively without correct standardized Q Model. There are different kinds of artifacts such as power line noise, electromyogram (EMG), electrocardiogram (ECG) and electrooculogram (EOG). This research will compare two methods for removing artifacts, i.e. ICA and PCA methods. EEG signals are recorded on three conditions, which is normal conditions, closed eyes, and blinked eyes. After processing, the dominant frequency of the EEG signal is obtained in the range of 12-14 Hz (alpha-beta) either on normal conditions, closed eyes, and blinked eyes. The paper deals with the method for purification the waste water that is contaminated in production during the painting the paper boxes with the dispersion colorants. Flotation was chosen as a suitable method for the waste water recycling because the whole process shows satisfactory both the water treatment, 98% purity of the final water product, and financial cost. During the process of flotation air bubbles are created. Air bubbles rise to the surface of the water. Molecules of air are associated with molecules of impurities and thus they form foam which is subsequently skimmed from the surface of the water. Electrolytic way of the bubbles formation can prevent clogging of the holes for the air that is blown through the tube. The clogging could be caused with the agglomeration of the individual oily components of the colorants. This is a concept of preparing students with the knowledge, skills, and experience in a design of mechatronics systems on the according basis with the requirements and realities of today's industry. The project developing of the students was began with the ideological of combining mechanical, electrical, electronics, and embedded programming merge into a single interdisciplinary field. After that, virtual prototyping, this stage is the integration of aided design, programming design, and simulation design to demonstration the functionality of the virtual prototype on a computer environment. Finally, the virtual project which was verified and optimized to be used a physical prototyping. At electric generator installation by water power, an analysis of water availability estimation for the purpose above is needed. One alternative of method to analyze it is by using Curve Number method. In other hand the result of water availability calculation can be used as reference of calculation of waterworks construction and also determination of level of electric generator capacities that will be used. The value of runoff curve number is 78. The highest drainage occurred on February as high as 3517.38 litres/second and the lowest drainage occurred on August as high as 340.67 litres/second. The area of watershed at the activity location is 960 hectares. With the height of waterfall 10 m and assumption of generator efficiency picohydro as high as 50%, will obtain energy electrics as high as 175.85 kWatt on February and 17.05 kWatt on August. RT Duroid/RO5880 substrate with dielectric constant, εr of 2.2 with thickness of 0.381 mm was used. The Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) was used to measure the parameters of the antenna such as return loss, VSWR and input impedance. A ring-shape defected ground structure was proposed to improve the overall performance of the antenna. The simulated and measured results were close with each other and achieved the required specification for this work at 5.80 GHz with the return loss of -25.307 dB and unidirectional radiation pattern was realized. Proposed model is formulated as a result of literature review from nine Organizational Life Cycle (OLC) model and some previous research of knowledge management in SMEs. Based on the differences of characteristics obtained from previous models, it can be concluded that each stage of OLC has a different dominant type of knowledge, main knowledge needs, and dominant knowledge management activities.
