In-depth study of the occurrence mechanism of regional SE, analysis of the distribution pattern and temporal and spatial characteristics of regional SE, and accurate assessment of the amount of regional SE are of great significance for protecting surface soil resources, reducing land degradation, protecting the ecological environment, and alleviating SE problems in my country and the world important meaning. In this paper, combined with spatial model and GIS technology, the RULE model is used to quantitatively evaluate wind erosion and hydraulic erosion in a county, calculate and count the modulus of wind erosion and hydraulic erosion, obtain the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of SE factors in the county, and master the SE in the county. The spatial and temporal distribution of feng shui erosion. The research results show that the wind erosion factor reached the highest value in the year in May, and the overall space showed a decreasing trend from east to west. The hydraulic erosion is analyzed based on the rainfall erosion factor, which is relatively strong in June, July and August, and relatively weak in other months, and generally shows a decreasing trend from northwest to southeast in space.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126433277","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In my country, the early electronic dismantling industry was dominated by small workshops, with small restrictions, simple processes, no environmental protection measures, and lack of supervision by government agencies, resulting in heavy pollution of waste generated during the dismantling process, especially the soil environment. The main purpose of this paper is to study the soil pollution caused by PCBs in solid waste dismantling and related bioremediation. In this paper, the treatment methods of PCB pollution were analyzed, and the mechanism of microbial degradation of PCBs was studied. Finally, a virtual polluted soil was conducted to compare the neural network and Kriging analysis methods. The experiment found that by further comparing the spatial distribution of different estimation results, compared with the original global pollution distribution in Figure A, the estimation result of GFBP is closer to the original distribution than the estimation result and Kriging estimation result, indicating that the estimation result of GFBP is better.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"106 5-6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132879651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Microorganisms live together in a certain environment and gradually form a stable collective through interaction, which is a microbial community. So far, many researchers have devoted themselves to the study of microbial community structure to explore microbial diversity, but it is difficult to present the research results in a simple form, and the characteristics of information transmission of biosensor technology can be used to present the research results to researchers. Therefore, this paper A microbial visualization platform based on biosensors is built. After sequencing, OTU clustering and other operations, high-definition images are generated by visualization tools, and researchers can analyze the α-diversity and β-diversity of microbial communities based on the images.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128153052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, due to the rapid development of industry in my country, the demand for lead has gradually increased. The large-scale mining and smelting of lead ore, the processing of lead-containing materials and other industries have vigorously developed and sharply increased lead-containing wastewater, waste gas, and waste to the natural world medium emissions. The main purpose of this paper is to study the bioremediation of soil pollution (SP) based on fungal solidification technology. The effects of different time, pH, temperature and initial lead concentration on the adsorption conditions of heavy metal lead were studied using the screened high lead-tolerant G strains. Experiments show that the heavy metal lead will hinder the germination of rapeseed seeds to a certain extent, but in the presence of microorganisms resistant to heavy metals, the phenomenon of inhibiting seed germination will be slowed down, and the final performance effect is that the germination rate of seeds is increased. However, when the concentration of heavy metal lead is too high, it will have a certain inhibitory effect on microorganisms and seeds. If it exceeds the tolerance range, it will be suppressed by heavy metals, and the higher concentration will lead to the death of both.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128288166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this work is to study the physicochemical properties of chitosan, based on the optimized design of modified chitosan in microbial leaching wastewater treatment, using citric acid (CA) as the cross-linking agent chitosan (CTS) and two modified chitosan Chitosan, Chitosan-Citric Acid (CTS-CA) and Chitosan-Citrate-β-Cyclodextrin (CTS-CA-CD) from β-Cyclodextrin (CD) to Explore Modification Mechanisms. At the same time, the prepared modified chitosan was applied to the adsorption research of dye wastewater and heavy metal wastewater. With the increase of reaction temperature, the adsorption capacity of modified chitosan to Ni2+ also increased. It shows that the temperature is beneficial to the adsorption process. The higher the temperature, the better the adsorption effect of modified chitosan on Ni2+. The effect of initial solution pH on the adsorption process showed that at pH 7, the adsorption capacity of CTS-CA for Ni2+ was 33 mg/g, and the adsorption capacity of CTS-CA-CD for Ni2+ was 37 mg/g.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126361765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to explore more efficient floating bed plants and find out the influence of various external factors on the treatment effect of floating bed, the ecological floating bed technology can better serve the treatment of eutrophic water bodies. In this paper, the state floating bed is used as the carrier, and the purification effect of eutrophic water body is studied by two groups of experiments using the rarely used ecological floating bed technology to treat polluted water body. All the plants survived and grew well in the process of the experiment, which has certain economic and practical value. With the continuous development of social economy, water shortage and water pollution have increasingly attracted the attention of the international community. The purpose of this work is to study the prediction of the ecological footprint of water resources based on the ARIMA model. Based on the ecological footprint theory, a water resources ecological footprint prediction model is established to provide specific reference for the planning goals of sustainable water resource utilization in the future. By studying the time series analysis method, that is, using the eviews software to establish a time series analysis model ARIMA (p, d, q) model, a short-term forecast of M province from 2018 to 2021 is made. According to the time series analysis The prediction results of the model ARIMA (4, 1, 2) show that: from 2018 to 2021, the ecological footprint in M province is on the rise, and the water crisis situation will become increasingly severe. The ARIMA model has a good prediction effect.","PeriodicalId":405643,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Environmental Biology","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120952160","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
