In this paper, we investigate the importance of Named Entities (NE) for Indian languages. We also give extra care for identification of rules for named entity classes in Mizo language. Named entity classes like person name, organization name, location name, designation, etc., is identified from a news corpus. An algorithm is developed for determining the rules for recognizing of NEs, and these rules are also compared with other Indian languages. Finally, it is tested over a small dataset and issues related to ambiguity in rules is also addressed.","PeriodicalId":405503,"journal":{"name":"2016 Fifteenth Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (MICAI)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131328512","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data used in this paper are from a robotic telescope, Czech Republic, and selected evolutionary algorithms with so-called analytical programming are used to synthesize suitable models that fit measured data. This paper is an extension of our previous research with such difference that so-called strange nonchaotic attractors are used here instead of classical pseudo-random number generators inside used evolutionary algorithms. Results are discussed at the end.","PeriodicalId":405503,"journal":{"name":"2016 Fifteenth Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (MICAI)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134291335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But in most cases they may reflect misleading statistics and sometimes the instruments used are tedious for customers. That's why it requires accurate detection instruments and automated which is transparent to the client application. The emotions that people express to have an experience in service can be detected by pattern recognition using the nearest-neighbors method and apply the Gabor filter the images that are taken customers to also classify these emotions and know that satisfaction is having with the client.","PeriodicalId":405503,"journal":{"name":"2016 Fifteenth Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (MICAI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130848686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
