This paper discusses the development of 3D educational game to maximize the use of children's memory. The methods used are developing 3D educational game that contains two subjects that need to be memorized by children. The 3D educational game built based on the result of observation and interview with kindergarten teacher. The 3D educational game implemented to children for approximately a month. The 3D educational game and the result of children's learning is evaluated. The total respondent used in this research is 31 children in kindergarten. The result showed that to develop a game as a study tool, it is important to observe the target of the educational game. The content inside the game must be suitable as a learning tool and for the target's age. The 3D educational game developed in this research can be accepted by children with various kinds of learning styles. The use of 3D educational game is able to gain children curiosity and motivate them to learn something. The use of 3D shape with animation are able attract children attention and make children feel happy to study. It can be showed by the total result of the interest of the student in the whole game, the music, the animation, the consistency of the student, and the ability of the student in playing the game that more than 75%. The tracking mechanism by query will look for the information sources in the knowledge domains based on the same scope of a defined knowledge domain. Potential implementation of a GIS-based application then applied to the mapping of conditions and irrigation building and canal. The application will display the latest information on the condition of each building irrigation in Rentang area, covering three districts namely Majalengka, Cirebon and Indramayu. This area has about 1000 buildings irrigation and segment that connects between buildings. In order to present the interactive map and running in a web environment, the map should be processed using a series of stages of preparation of maps using GIS software such as ArcGIS, Quantum GIS, PosgreSQL and PostGIS, GeoServer, and OpenLayers. The resulting map is then divided into three main layers based on category object to be displayed, that is the main irrigation channel, secondary channel and tapping buildings. Users can see the position and condition of each object which is represented by a different color for each condition: green for good conditions, yellow for minor damage and red for major damage. Comparing to other ambient energy sources, RF energy has the lowest density power, although it can be harvested all day and night. Our current research aims to build an RF energy harvesting system prototype using ultra low boost converter for powering wireless sensor network In this paper, our objectives were to report the result of our empirical studies focusing on capability of storage element, rectifier circuit performance and calculation of overall energy consumed by low power device both in active mode and sleep mode. The results show overall power consumption of the low power electronics device with all of its components in an active mode is 381.3 mW and overall required energy per node amount to 70.62 mJ. The power converter utilizes the class E parallel resonant converter operated at 39 kHz and maximum voltage 3 kV peak to peak.. The system is able to produced ozone product more than 150 ppm. A good level security with strong autentication must be applied to ensure data transmission between IM sender and IM recipient over public network is valid. This paper propose a new method for securing message IM with an efficient autentication method. In this research, an efficient autentication method will implement Hyper Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem (HECC) algorithm in generating and verifiying the message sign while occur data transaction. The main function of signing message is to autenticate data to ensure validation of data. Then, the sign method used to ensure unauthorized person cannot change the original data or information that sent through the network. This method developed to give auntentication user with key pair per session and using it while communication running between sender and receiver. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated in terms of Bit-error-rate (BER) for different environments that are indoor and outdoor which of each have Line-of-Sight (LOS) and non-Line-of-sight (NLOS) conditions. Afterwards, in order to validate the capability of the proposed system, SISO and MISO systems are also implemented. By an experimental analysis, MIMO system with NLOS condition in both indoor and outdoor environments show better performance than MISO and SISO. Meanwhile, for the conditions of LOS in both indoor and outdoor environment, the performance of SISO system is better than MIMO and MISO. In the case of NLOS conditions, the performance of proposed system is also examined and compared in the both environments. In indoor environment, at transmit power -21.48 dBm, MIMO, MISO and SISO systems have BER value of each of 1.172×10-4, 1.146×10-1, and 0.2551, respectively. Some activity in our daily life is prone to have some accidents, such as falls. Falls can make people in fatal conditions, even death. A prototype of fall detection system using accelerometer and gyroscope based on smartphone is presented in this paper. Accelerometer and gyroscope sensors are embedded in smartphone to get the result of fall detection more accurately. Automatic call as an alert will be sent to family members if someone using this application in fatal condition and need some help. This research also can distinguish condition of people between falls and activity daily living. Several scenarios were used in these experiments. However, the importance of constant power output of a wind turbine is increasing as the contribution of wind energy to the distribution network / grid grows. This may be considered as a guide of the future pitch angle control problems. The permanent magnetic synchrounous generator (PMSG) wind turbine variable pitch system is done through changing the electrical characteristics of the generator and changing the pitch angle. Also PMSG wind turbine variable pitch system is equipped with systems for regulating the orientation angles of the axis of the turbine against the wind and against the skyline. The design and simulation of Neural Network Predictive Controller (NNPC)-pitch angle involved in PMSG wind turbine variable pitch system is outlined. Its performance design is simulated to baseline linear controller through simulation in the range of wind speed is 7- 10 m/s.
