Additionally, the minimal optimization methods, Ziegler-Nichols tuning rules were introduced. Based on these methods, we have considered the steam pressure model. This paper introduces a kind of dynamic liquid level measuring equipment based on NI single-board RIO embedded real-time processing system, using a improved type of acoustic method which is used widely in dynamic liquid level detecting. By combined existing analysis method with wavelet transform, this device can automatically calculate the sound speed in wellbore annulus, and recognize the waveform reflected by fluid level. Aiming at established model after the detailed theoretical analysis, the real-time and automatic chip level testing to image motion compensation circuit can be realized, which not relying on any standard equipment and additional measuring points. All results of theoretical analysis and actual test to the designed fault diagnosis system shows that the fault coverage, average reliability and location rate to fault devices can reach 100%, 97.73% and 98% respectively. Based on an instantaneous linear mixing model, independent component analysis algorithm is used for separating interfering signals from observed signals. The influences of energy storage circuit elements such as capacitance are analyzed via numerical and experimental simulations. It is shown that, for circuits in which energy storage circuit elements perform less significant effects, relatively satisfied separation results of interfering signals can be obtained. On the other hand, in cases that energy storage circuit elements have significant effects, the separation results will deteriorate. Therefore a GIS-based training data selector and a statistical clutter edge selector are used to obtain homogeneous clutter field before the CFAR process. The point contact or line contact form of the gear surface turns into face contact in theory, and the shape of the tooth profile is limited to Convex circular arc and added to a sliding block between them. Ultimately, the gear mechanism forms a pulsating output. Transmission ratio function of a meshing period is derived as the four-bar linkage mechanism model. The effect of gear transmission ratio curve is analyzed when the center distance changes, and the best center distance value is got aiming at the output stability. What's more, the simulation and analysis of the transmission form are got with software. Based on calculation of normal working condition and malfunction condition of orifice plate, the relationship between deviation value of the orifice plate discharge coefficient and deposition degree have been concluded by CFD software. In order to implement online diagnosis, another detecting point is installed on downstream of the pressure detecting point of flange. The differential pressure ratio of factor (k) has been calculated which reflects the degree of distortion in flow field caused by deposition. Through analysis of simulation data, empirical formula about factor k with deposition degree Yu has been drawn. Through the formula, online diagnosis of deposition and correction of the measured value can be realized.
