Therefore, Long Range (LoRa), an emerging wireless technology developed by Semtech, has gained a lot of attention with the multitude of IoT applications which uses very little power, making it ideal for battery-operated devices. It examines for long-range communication performance in a large area. This study contemplates the prospect of implementing services of the \"Smart City\" concept. An increase in population and the corresponding growth of numerous roads have extended the number of street lights. These street lights consume a sufficient amount of energy. However, different perspectives have been presented for making systems energy efficient. One of the most problematic places when planning measures to prevent the harmful effects of network attacks such as dDOS, hardware failures etc for the server system is to obtain an effective model for predicting incidents of the operating system.<br><br>In the course of the research, methods of formation and research of the time series, exponential smoothing, elements of the theory of machine learning based on the method of group accounting (GMDH) are used. To obtain accurate and reliable forecasts of the operation of the intellectual subsystem for forecasting incidents, elements of the theory of heuristic self-organization and a specific implementation of this theory, the GMDH, are used. An algorithm is obtained and a software implementation of an intelligent system for predicting incidents of operating system operation and the main characteristics of its operation is developed. This became possible as a result of the analysis of the constructed model of the intruder, the system log of security incidents and the use of the GMDH. A mechanism is proposed for generating a sample of OS incident events based on the Windows system event log. The testing of the proposed forecasting system based on test samples allows to state that the forecasting results obtained with various settings of the machine learning system and parameters (degree of the reference polynomial, number of variables in the characteristic polynomial model, number of selection series) are satisfactory. As a result of applying the created algorithm for forecasting incidents of OS operation, it is shown that the use of a large number of polynomial models in GMDH allows one to obtain a forecasting system that is qualitatively superior to systems based on classical regression models and methods. Due to this, a much more accurate forecast can be obtained than the classical regression methods or the method of exponential smoothing, compared with similar methods. The periodic movement of air relative to the working planes of a vibratory machine arises due to fluctuations in the packets of these planes, which form flat aerodynamic channels. Consequently, the issues of studying the processes of interaction between the working bodies of vibratory machines and the air environment, aimed to justify their structural improvements, appear relevant. Existing mathematical models, which assess the parameters of air movement relative to the working planes of vibratory machines, produce only a generalized pattern and are flat. This paper proposes a statement, as well as an estimated finite difference scheme, of solving a three-dimensional boundary value problem on calculating the field of velocities and pressures in the region of air, located between two parallel synchronously oscillating planes. The problem employs a system of differential equations to describe the flow of the perfect gas. The finite difference scheme has been solved by a sweep method. Using the sweep method to solve these kinds of problems makes it possible to ensure the convergence and stability of estimation schemes, regardless of the step and other parameters of the grid applied. A variant of the calculation has been given, which demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed method for the assigned boundary conditions and parameters of the vibrational mode of machine operation. Forecasting which social foci will diffuse to more social individuals is important for managerial functions such as marketing and public management operations. Considering diffusive social adoptions, prior studies on user adoptive behavior in social networks have focused on single-item adoption in homogeneous networks. We advance this body of research by modeling scenarios with multi-item adoption and learning the relative propagation of social foci in concurrent social diffusions for online social networking platforms. To be specific, we distinguish two types of social nodes in our two-mode social network model: social foci and social actors. Based on social network theories, we identify and operationalize factors that drive social adoption within the two-mode social network. We also capture the interdependencies between social actors and social foci using a bilateral recursive process, specifically, a mutual reinforcement process that converges to an analytical form. Thus, we develop a gradient learning method based on mutual reinforcement process (GLMR) that targets the optimal parameter configuration for pairwise ranking of social diffusions. Further, we demonstrate analytical properties of the proposed method such as guaranteed convergence and the convergence rate. Even after such progression, very little has been done to implement these technologies to assist the visually impaired community. Recognizing a person or distinguishing an object, these tasks are straightforward for common people but can be very difficult for people that are partly or completely blind. Their lives can be made smoother by assisting them to detect what is present in front of them at that instant. We aim to develop a system/assistant that will serve to guide a visually impaired person and will indicate the person by speaking through the earpiece. The system will help the person recognize people, add new faces and detect objects that are in their vicinity. We will have a mobile application which will consist of numerous deep learning models that will help applications increase its administration. When these machines are applied in high-speed applications, a retaining ring on the rotor core must be often used. However, it makes the assembly more complex and the high-speed machines become more expensive. On the other hand, machines with magnets on the stator still can be a valuable alternative due to their simple and reliable rotor design. In this paper the comparative study of performances of two single-phase electrical machines with magnets on the stator (flux reversal electrical machine and hybrid switched reluctance machine) is presented. The following performances have been compared: efficiency, weight, active materials cost, value of rated current of switches of the frequency converter. <br><br>Methodology: Calculation of electrical machines performances using solving two-dimension boundary magnetostatics problems. Results. The theoretical comparison of the flux reversal electrical machine and the hybrid switched reluctance machine has been carried out; the comparison on specific torque and efficiency of the two aforementioned machines have been obtained. The flux reversal machine has a significantly higher efficiency and a fewer weight. In addition, it has a lower value of rated current. The experimental setup is comprises of aluminum (inner tube 12.7 mm) and copper (intermediate tube 25.4 mm) and GI tube (outer tube 38.1 mm). The effective length of the heat exchanger is 2.1 m. For the hot fluid, a 2000 W capacity immersion heater was used to raise the temperature of the water. In this experimental setup, heat can be transferred between three liquids. Which is it’sspecial competence over the double tube heat exchanger. Three different flow arrangements can be maintained in the heat exchanger; N-H-C, C-H-C and C-H-N. The performance of the experimental setup was initially tested for water. The measurements were taken at 50 ℃ temperature of hot water and 30℃ of the other two water streams at the inlet. The experiments were conducted for counter flow arrangements of fluid streams so that the performance of the heat exchanger can be checked at the maximum amount of heat extraction from hot water.
