Although distant supervision is an efficient method, to obtain a large amount of labeled data, the training dataset labeled by distant supervision suffers from noise problem resulting in poor generalization ability of the relation extractor. To alleviate the noise problem, we propose a novel relation extraction method based on curriculum learning. Curriculum learning is utilized to guide the training process of relation extractor, specifically through the predefined curriculum-driven mentor network. Mentor network can dynamically adjust the weights of sentences during training, giving lower weights to noisy sentences and higher eights to truly labeled sentences. Relation extractor and mentor network are trained collaboratively to optimize joint objective. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the generalization ability of relation extractor in a noisy environment and obtains better performance for relation extraction.

A plate rigidly-fixed along the contour has been considered, whose thickness changes by parabola h(ρ)=H 0 (1+µρ) 2 . For the initial assessment of the effect exerted by coefficient μ on the results, the solutions at μ=0 and some μ≠0 have been investigated. The differential equation of the shapes of a variable-thickness plate's natural oscillations, set by the h(ρ) function, has been solved by a combination of factorization and symmetry methods. First, a problem on the oscillations of a rigidly-fixed plate of the constant thickness (μ=0), in which h(1)/h(0)=η=1, was solved. The result was the computed natural frequencies (numbers λ i at i=1...6), the constructed oscillation shapes, as well as the determined coordinates of the nodes and antinodes of oscillations. Next, a problem was considered about the oscillations of a variable-thickness plate at η=2, which corresponds to μ=0.4142. Owing to the symmetry method, an analytical solution and a frequency equation for η=2 were obtained when the contour is rigidly clamped. Similarly to η=1, the natural frequencies were calculated, the oscillation shapes were constructed, and the coordinates of nodes and antinodes of oscillations were determined. Mutual comparison of frequencies (numbers λ i ) shows that the natural frequencies at η=2 for i=1...6 increase significantly by (28...19.9) % compared to the case when η=1. The increase in frequencies is a consequence of the increase in the bending rigidity of the plate at η=2 because, in this case, the thickness in the center of both plates remains unchanged, and is equal to h=H 0 . The reported graphic dependences of oscillation shapes make it possible to compare visually patterns in the distribution of nodes and antinodes for cases when η=1 and η=2. Using the estimation formulae derived from known ratios enabled the construction of the normalized diagrams of the radial σ r and tangential σ θ normal stresses at η=1 and η=2. Mutual comparison of stresses based on the magnitude and distribution character has been performed. Specifically, there was noted a more favorable distribution of radial stresses at η=2 in terms of strength and an increase in technical resource

The stressed-strained state was determined based on a numerical experiment using the software-calculation suite SCAD Office. The numerical modeling of the examined structure involved the static load of the А 2 group for a road of category II. A series of numerical experiments were performed, which included an increase in the rated load by 10–50 % when overwetting the drainage layer and the earth bed. The distribution of the isofields and isolines of normal stresses and deformations in the volumetric elements was derived, which made it possible to determine the thickness of the soil layer of the earth bed, 0.67 m, from which water is squeezed out under the influence of excess loading. Based on the approach for determining the parameters of soil subsidence at its drying or freezing, the dependences were established for the relative subsidence of soil, the coefficients of linear subsidence and compaction of soil under the influence of excess load. The proposed dependences integrate such indicators as the deformation below a drainage layer, the depth of stress spread, at which water is not squeezed out from soil, the optimum humidity, and the full moisture content of the soil. Based on the results of numerical experiments and soil subsidence parameters, the amount of water squeezed out from a layer of soil under the influence of excess load has been determined, which is 5.4 liters per m 2 . The results obtained make it possible to adjust the value of the total specific excess water flowing into a drainage structure. Taking into consideration the squeezing out of water from an earth bed from a soil layer under the influence of excess load from a wheel of 86.25 kN, the general specific excess could vary in the range from 35.4 to 22.4 liters per 1 m 2 . Increasing it by 18–32 % would change the humidity mode of the road bed and reduce the overall elasticity module

The presence of a contact gap determines the generation of pairs of quasi-particles-disturbances stabilized by wavelength and frequency. Internal instability and collapse processes in such a system of disturbances lead to the formation of defects in a tribopair's material and underlie the emergency friction regimes. This paper gives specific technical examples of the generation of thermal complexes at fretting, during the friction of sliding and rolling, and at cutting. It has been established that the destructive nature of the process of fretting at low values of reverse sliding speeds is caused by the generation and collapse of the corpuscular-vortex-wave thermal complexes. An example of acoustic friction emission in the ultrasonic region of the spectrum has been used to show the quantum nature of the disturbances generated by friction. The high-frequency spectrum of acoustic emission corresponds to the unbalanced composition of the disturbances and leads to the formation of wear particles. The exchange interaction in a tribosystem involving rolling on the plane has been considered. The results of statistical analysis of such rolling showed the existence of the effect of negative friction caused by the quantum generation of longwave disturbances. It has been demonstrated that the collapsed component of the generation of disturbances is significantly increased under the modes of materials destruction, including when cutting the materials. The corpuscular-vortex-wave mechanism of selective transfer and hydrogen wear in tribosystems has been described. It is shown that the properties of a servovite film under the mode of selective transfer are provided by the collapse processes in the system of disturbances. Similar processes at the vortex-wave transfer of hydrogen atoms in metals lead to the wear and destruction of the surface layer of friction

I modeled each crawler track using dynamic contact model. By modeling each crawler track, I hope to be able to analyze trafficability of a crawler type vehicle in various road surfaces. First, I think that I established a single crawler model. I modeled a single crawler using Hunt-Crossley model and Coulomb model that handle a nonlinear contact force model. And also, I built a prototype single crawler for comparing the experimental examination with the simulation examination. In advance, the running over limit of the prototype single crawler was analyzed geometrically, and I bore out that it could run over to 163 mm. Therefore, I conducted the experiment examination with step height of 160 mm and 165 mm and obtained trajectory data that were allowed to run over and were not allowed to run over. From the result of both the experimental examination and the simulation examination, I bore out the validity of our single crawler model. I described about our single crawler model, the simulation examination and the experimental examination in this paper.

This structure of application construction makes it possible to carry out the real-time EIT research and can be implemented on medical and technical devices, in particular, integrated into AVL devices. The algorithm for visualization of the results of conductivity field reconstruction was presented. Within this algorithm, there are two approaches to presenting color models and selecting colors for each particular finite element. The choice of one of these approaches depends on the needs of the study and leads either to faster performance, or to the higher quality of an image. The algorithm of neighboring finite elements, allowing reducing the time consumed to visualize the model by uniting neighboring elements with a similar color in one polygon, has been proposed. Reducing the number of finite elements leads to a higher speed of their output on the screen. A list of graphics libraries that can be used for the problems of visualization of the results of electric impedance tomography was presented. As a result of the research, it was found that among the analyzed libraries, the best time is demonstrated by the OpenGL library, which ensures the visualization of 0.02 s faster than in the case of the analogs. This is due to the high operation speed, which is provided by the implementation of the GPU visualization. It was shown that the use of the proposed algorithm of neighboring finite elements actually allows reducing the time spent on displaying the model on the screen from 0.05 s to 0.03 s for the OpenGL library. At the same time, the total time spent on visualization depends on the used graphics library. This pipeline is designed to transport phosphate slurry at high concentration typically around 60% solids content. To transport the slurry in the best conditions and to avoid any difficulty, the critical parameter is the control of its rheology. At such high solid content, phosphate dispersions behave like yield stress fluids with specific intrinsic characters: they flows above a yield stress and behave like solids below. \u0000 \u0000The objective of this paper is to highlight the best practices in term of rheology characterization like equipment and protocol, to understand the relationship between the rheological parameters and the slurry composition and to then find ways to increase solids content of phosphate slurry to enhance transportation capacity. \u0000 \u0000In a first part, this paper reviews the key physical parameters of mineral slurries. The characterization of the yield stress behavior is done via two different rheological approaches: experiments done in static and dynamic mode are detailed. The objectives are respectively to understand how to make the slurry flow and when it is going to stop flowing. A special attention is given to the measurement of yield stress and how to avoid any artefact during measurements. \u0000 \u0000In a second part, our method used to increase slurries solid contents is presented and shows that it is possible to optimize slurry transportation capacity while keeping good flowing conditions.

This paper takes an in-depth look at the concept of information in the GDPR and offers up three theses: (i) the concept of information plays two different roles in the GPDR – as an applicability criterion and as an object of regulation; (ii) the substantive boundaries of the concepts populating these two roles differ; and (iii) these differences are significant for the efficacy of the GDPR as an instrument of law.
