The article also highlights the importance of STATCOMs in enhancing the power quality of wind farms by improving voltage stability, reducing power fluctuations, and mitigating grid faults. Due to continuously fluctuating wind speeds and faults, the active power, reactive power, and terminal voltage are susceptible to continuous change, which applies to terminal voltage as well. When a STATCOM is connected to the grid, the active power, reactive power, and terminal voltage are maintained at the same level during the connection. This also contributes to an increase in the system's transient stability, which is an important consideration. The review further describes the modeling and control of STATCOMs, including the selection of appropriate control strategies for specific wind farm applications. Modern approaches and tools for minimizing voltage sag are based on an extensive research, aimed at developing effective categorization techniques to assist end users in selecting the most suitable tools and settings. To begin, this research provides a comprehensive assessment of the existing voltage sag control methods and equipment. Furthermore, it presents a classification scheme that divides voltage sag control strategies into three groups: those implemented by the power provider, the customer, and the equipment manufacturer. A classification system for voltage sag control equipment based on the number and type of power supply, taking into account the variations between single and dual power supply voltage sag control devices is also proposed. Wind and solar energy represent the most abundant and widely accessible renewable energy sources globally. It offers significant potential for sustainable power generation and reducing dependence on fossil fuels. Because of the tremendous advancements in power electronic systems in recent years, the output of electricity from wind and photovoltaic energy sources has expanded dramatically. The nonlinear programming (NLP) optimization method was used to determine the maximum electrical efficiency of the grid-connected SOFC subject to the constraints of fuel utilization factor, stack temperature, and output active power based on the benchmark Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) dynamic model for power system studies and the analysis of the SOFC operating conditions. By solving the NLP issue with the power required by the air compressor, the optimal operating conditions of the grid-connected SOFC were determined. This attempt to improve the use of infrastructure for energy production and distribution is expected to include smart grid systems. The incorporation of Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled smart devices into an ecosystem designed for maximum energy efficiency has been proposed for Smart Home Energy Management Systems (SHEMS). Smart homes are expensive, but smart plugs can change normal home devices relatively smart. In this paper TPMC with different loads of resistive, Resistor- Capacitor (RC), Resistor-Inductor (RL) has been analyzed. TPMC converts Alternating Current (AC) input power to AC output power directly without the aid of DC link in between the conversion making the availability of the input power directly at the output without intermediate stage. The proposed TMPC with Space Vector Modulation technique possess several advantages compared with the convention converters & Sine Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) technique. Any distortion or fluctuation in the input side of the converter can be easily depicted at the output side of the converter directly. To solve this problem, the authors tried to install solar PV system with on-grid installation. This will eliminate electricity outrages during voltage fluctuation supply in the supply lines. Currently in India, most houses have one way power supply from distribution lines, while this paper proposes multiple power sources through solar panels and wind power. The proposal includes a microgrid which will store and distribute electricity from main, solar and wind energy. The introduction of chaotic dynamics improves the stability and rate of convergence. The algorithm is further improved by using Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) to create diversity in the population. The proposed algorithm is used for optimal reactive power dispatch with three objective functions, namely: minimization of real power loss, voltage stability index, and sum squared voltage deviations. The algorithm is tested on a standard 30-bus system of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and on a practical 75-bus Indian Power System.
