Accordingly, a synchrophasor measurement algorithm considering three-phase amplitude imbalance is proposed to improve the estimation accuracy under three-phase amplitude imbalance. Firstly, the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is used to identify the amplitude imbalance phase and pre-estimate the amplitude imbalance coefficient. Then, by expanding the Taylor model and combining the mathematical transformation, the Negative-Twice-Frequency Component (NTFC) generated by DFT is eliminated. Finally, an accurate phasor measurement result is obtained through offline matrix calls and error correction steps; The signals defined by IEEE Standard C37.242-2013 are adopted to verify the performance of proposed algorithm. To maintain the reliability and continuity of supply under the newly encountered EV charging demand, it is a necessity for the planning engineers to use economically viable planning strategies. Traditionally, the expansion of the distribution system, is accomplished using additional lines, cables, transformers, switchgear, or substations. Modern expansion planning is further advanced to consider widespread use of centralized and/or distributed energy storage systems due to their cost competitiveness. In this paper, a robust distribution system expansion planning approach for a combined installation of new lines and energy storage systems is proposed. A hybrid optimization method using a meta-heuristic Genetic Algorithm (GA) and a mixed integer quadratically constrained program (MIQCP) is defined. The solution encompasses a cost-effective line expansion strategy combined with the placement of new energy storage systems and their optimal sizing. The proposed model is tested on a modified 45 bus case study of a Singaporean synthetic grid model. It is demonstrated that the tube burst of the high temperature reheater results from not only design factors, but also manufacture quality. First of all, the characteristics of poor PMU data with small amplitude are analyzed. Then, the advantages of long short-term memory (LSTM) network in processing time series data are analyzed, and the characteristics of time series data selection memory are used to extract the characteristic quantities of PMU amplitude data. Next, a method of using the phase angle slope to amplify the characteristics of the bad phase angle data is proposed. Finally, using the characteristics of the amplitude and phase angle of the PMU data, and using the density-based spatial clustering (DBSCAN) algorithm of the noise-based application for clustering analysis, the effective detection of small-amplitude PMU bad data is realized. The stability of VSG is very important for its application. At present, the related research mostly focuses on the VSG itself and its application in microgrid. There is few research to explain how VSG effecting the low frequency oscillation in transmission power system. This paper built a small-signal model of VSG-SG interconnected system, which is suitable for the study of low frequency oscillation damping characteristics of the transmission power grid. Under normal temperature conditions, the magnitude of the thermal radiation intensity in the visible waveband is small and changes slightly with temperature. Therefore, infrared detection is generally used to detect temperature. In this paper, the chromaticity information of visible images of the copper plate and aluminum plate caused by normal temperature changes is studied. First, establish image libraries of copper plate and aluminum plate at 10°C-100°C, extract the chromaticity gray values of the R, G, and B components of the images at different temperatures, and calculate the frequencies of each gray level to obtain the gray frequency distribution of each component. Then, the change law of the gray frequency distribution curve with temperature is analyzed qualitatively, and the statistical features of the gray frequency distribution of each component are calculated. Some of features are selected by the Fisher criterion. Finally, the k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is used for temperature recognition whose input features is a combination of the selected features. The results show that the average test error of the KNN temperature prediction model is within 1°C, which achieves a good prediction effect, and the dimension of the input feature can influence the prediction effect. In this paper, the fault search table is established based on fault information, then we use Aprion data mining technology to analyze the fault search table to locate the fault. This location method can be applied to centralized feeder automation. At the same time, considering the misjudgement caused by lost information and distorted information at special locations, combined with this method and the result of secondary positioning, a method which can accurately relocate and close the wrong actuating switch is designed to reduce the blackout range. Finally, by comparing the suspicious failure set and its elements, the lost information and distorted information in the system can be found. The fault diagnosis method has the advantages of simple principle and high expandability. It can quickly and automatically obtain a malfunction report when a fault occurs, and has relatively high fault tolerance. The objective of this research was to investigate the key hydrodynamics characteristics of CFB under two different operating conditions using 2.5 dimensional (2.5D) modeling method. Results showed that reasonable qualitative agreements between the experimental results and simulations of the axial solids holdup distributions was obtained using 2.5D modeling approach.
