The aim of the article is to determine the cause and effect relationships between the transparency of the insurance market and the protection of insurance service consumer rights. The applied aspect of the study is associated with consideration for the institutional peculiarities of the national insurance market. The general scientific research methods include: the use of legal frameworks, the dialectic and systemic approaches. The special-purpose research method is determining the influence of insurance service pricing mechanisms on the transparency of the market. The complex of measures to be implemented in practice with a view to increasing the transparency of the insurance market and ensuring the protection of insurance service consumer rights is justified. The work presents the analysis of debates as a type of discussion in English teaching for students in higher technical universities. The relevant topics of debates in the educational, technical and scientific, professionally oriented spheres are outlined. Debates are analyzed according to the following criteria: conditions of communication, quantity of participants, the aim of communication, and the nature of the situation. It is possible to differentiate debates in accordance with the form of presentation, the participants involved in the discussion, the place of organization, division of opinions, involved spheres, priority of types of speech activity, control and function. Foreign language communicative, compensatory, intellectual, training and organizational skills are defined. {"title":"CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC PARALLELS, THERAPEUTICAL STRATEGIES IN BENIGN OVARIAN TUMOR-LIKE FORMATIONS","authors":"O. Shapoval","doi":"10.15550/ASJ.2016.02.027","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15550/ASJ.2016.02.027","url":null,"abstract":"This paper deals with study of the characteristics of clinical course of benign ovarian tumor formations in women of reproductive age, depending on the fertility and the choice of treatment strategy. Functional ovarian cysts in 60,45 % of cases were diagnosed in parous patients, in 39,55 % in nulliparous women, in 5,22 % in women with infertility. Corpus luteum cysts in 36,96 % of cases occured in nulliparous patients, whereas follicular cysts were more common for parous women (28,4 %) and infertile patients (28,57 %). The clinical picture of ovarian retention formations to 56,72 % of cases manifested by the pain syndrome in all patients, regardless of parity, whereas cycle disorders were more specific for parous patients (37,04 %). In 14,29 % of patients with infertility ovarian tumor formations were asymptomatic. In nulliparous patients inflammation of the uterine appendages was diagnosed significantly more often than in parous women. Increasing of the frequency of the myometrium pathology in the group of parous patients was significantly more often than in nulliparous women. The main mission, which is the medical, social, psychological and pedagogical, remedial developmental assistance to children of vulnerable groups, children with developmental disorders or risk of violations of 3 years and above. Issues of early detection and comprehensive rehabilitation of children with developmental disorders and their prevention are disclosed. An integrated approach is a multidisciplinary community of specialists: a pediatrician, neurologist, speech therapist, psychologist with specialized methods of research and rehabilitation. The most efficient way to deal with this situation is creating foodstuffs with biocomponents supposed to be able to protect the soldier’s organism, to optimize his functional state, and to mobilize the natural powers of the organism.
