The injection molding process is a manufacturing process that is often used in the production of plastic products. Using software with predetermined parameters, injection mold simulation of a predetermined product is carried out on the carabiner design. The parameters used are then assessed with quality prediction based on the best simulation results. If there is a product that does not meet the quality prediction value given (i.e. the value is less than optimal), improvements are made by changing the injection mold design or mold design. Three runner layout designs were made in such a way as to assess which of the runner layout designs for the carabiner mold had the highest quality prediction value. Then, from each runner layout design, variations in gate diameter sizes of 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm were made. Based on the simulation results that have been carried out, the best runner and gate layout is obtained in Design 1 with a gate diameter of 4 mm, whose quality prediction value reaches 100%. Pada jamur tiram terdapat kandungan asam amino, kandungan tertinggi pada jamur tiram yaitu asam glutamat. Asam glutamat adalah asam amino non esensial. Asam amino memiliki sifat yang mudah rusak dalam kondisi tertentu. Faktor yang memiliki peran penting dalam proses ekstraksi senyawa asam glutamat yaitu suhu dan waktu ektraksi. Pada proses ekstraksi juga membutuhkan pengoptimalan untuk memperoleh senyawa asam glutamat yang optimum dari jamur tiram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh faktor suhu dan waktu ekstraksi senyawa asam glutamat pada jamur tiram dengan metode ekstraksi perebusan dengan menggunakan metode faktorial design. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suhu ekstraksi berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai kadar asam glutamat, sedangkan waktu ekstraksi tidak berpengaruh (tidak siginfikan). Kondisi optimum ekstraksi adalah suhu 90 oC dan waktu ekstraksi 30 menit. Kondisi optimum ini menghasilkan nilai kadar asam glutamat sebesar 2598.88 mg/L ABSTRACT Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are a type of wood mushroom that is easy to cultivate. Oyster mushrooms contain amino acids, the highest content in oyster mushrooms is glutamic acid. Glutamic acid is a non-essential amino acid. Amino acids have the property of being easily damaged under certain conditions. Factors that have an important role in the extraction process of glutamic acid compounds are temperature and extraction time. The extraction process also requires optimization to obtain optimum glutamic acid compounds from oyster mushrooms. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of temperature and time factors for the extraction of glutamic acid compounds on oyster mushrooms using the boiling extraction method using factorial design. This research shows that the extraction temperature has an effect (significant) on the value of Glutamic Acid levels, while the extraction time has no effect (not significant). The optimum extraction conditions are a temperature of 90 oC and an extraction time of 30 minutes. Dalam rangka mengurangi potensi pencemaran limbah kulit singkong maka digali potensi yang terkandung di dalamnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian sebelumnya diketahui bahwa kulit singkong dapat mengandung selulosa hingga 33%. Adanya kondisi tersebut menyebabkan terbukanya peluang kebermanfaatan kulit singkong sebagai sumber selulosa yang dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut menjadi material biopolymer ramah lingkungan. Tantangan pengembangan material berbasis selulosa dari limbah pertanian adalah adanya struktur lignoselulosa yang menghambat penetrasi reagen kimia. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan proses delignifikasi untuk memecah struktur lignoselulosa, sehingga menurunkan kadar lignin. Pada penelitian ini proses delignifikasi dilakukan dengan metode alkali dengan basa NaOH. Optimasi proses dengan melibatkan variabel terikat berupa konsentrasi NaOH (%), rasio solid/liquid(S/L), waktu (menit) dan suhu (°C) dilakukan dengan metode Response Surface Methodology (RSM) model Central Composite Design. Hasil analisis desirability mendapatkan kondisi optimum delignifikasi kulit singkong dengan pelarut basa NaOH, yaitu: konsentrasi NaOH 8.14%, rasio S/L 6.6, suhu reaksi sebesar 90°C dan lama reaksi selama 111 menit. Masyarakat menginginkan pelayanan angkutan umum yang aman, nyaman, tepat waktu dan harga terjangkau. Keinginan masyarakat ini kontradiktif dengan kondisi prlayanan angkutan umum di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merencanakan angkutan antar jemput yang aman, nyaman, tepat waktu, dan harga yang terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan preferensi analisis konjoin yang di uji korelasi Kendall’s Tau dan Pearson dan analisis Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan perminataan penumpang sebanyak 127 penumpang/hari, sebanyak 89% responden menatakan minat untuk menggunakan angkutan antar jemput, dari hasil analisis konjoin menunjukan bahwa masyarakat menginginkan pelayanan angkutan umum yang memiliki harga terjangkau, cepat dan tepat waktu. memenuhi SOP dan memperhatikan faktor keselamatan, kenyamanan dan ber ac. Perhitungan BOK menghasilkan harga tarif angkutan antar jemput sebesar Rp60.000,dengan menggunakan kendaraan jenis Isuzu tipe NLR 55 B Lx. Struktur tebing yang muncul sebagai hasil dari penggalian untuk underpass telah mengalami beberapa insiden kelongsoran yang menyebabkan runtuhnya dinding penahan tanah, terutama saat musim hujan. Terkait dengan kondisi ini, tim peneliti bermaksud untuk menjalankan penelitian guna mengeksplorasi dampak kadar air terhadap kekuatan geser tanah di lokasi tersebut. Berdasarkan klasifikasi USCS, tanah termasuk dalam kategori MH-OH, dan berdasarkan klasifikasi AASHTO tanah termasuk pada jenis A-7-5, merupakan tanah lempung organik dengan plastisitas sedang sampai tinggi. Parameter kuat geser tanah (nilai kohesi dan sudut gesek internal) sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi kadar air. Pada kadar air 14.86% nilai kohesi adalah 0.29 kg/cm2 mengalami peningkatan pada kadar air 24.98% menjadi 0.31 kg/cm2, demikian juga selanjutnya mengalami peningkatan pada kadar air 34.97% yaitu 0.35 kg/cm2, sampai dengan 0.38 kg/cm2 pada kadar air 50.05%. These plates can collide at any time, resulting in tectonic earthquakes. Due to the occurrence of earthquakes inIndonesia, there are significant losses to buildings. Therefore, the developmentof earthquake analysis on structures is necessary. Spectrum response analysisis one of the methods used in this report, analyzing the relationship betweenthe structural period of buildings and the acceleration values experiencedduring earthquakes.This study focuses on the Integrated Emergency Room Building of K.R.M.TWongsonegoro Semarang, aiming to determine the building's safety level under seismic loads according to the Indonesian Earthquake Resilience Design Standard 1726;2019. The analysis includes base shear, displacement, and story drift values using the ETABS V.20 software. The analysis results indicate that the Integrated Emergency Room Building of K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang is considered safe, with a dynamic spectrum response base shear exceeding 100% of the static earthquake. Based on the results of the netcraft web server survey, which is based on the open source apache and nginx web servers, every year the number of users has increased. With the rapid development of the internet, the availability of IPv4 is increasingly limited, to overcome this problem, IPv6 allocation is used on the web server because it has a larger number of addresses and better security. In this study, the web server performance is tested with the test parameters, namely Time Taken for Tests, Request Per Second, Transfer Rate (Kb/s), Time per Request (ms), and Memory Usage. Testing with Apache Bench is done by providing client requests with varying amounts, with the number of requests from 500 to 500000 requests. Stabilitas aspal memiliki peranan penting dalam desain dan konstruksi jalan yang aman dan tahan lama. Stabilitas aspal mencerminkan kemampuan aspal untuk menahan beban lalu lintas dan perubahan kondisi lingkungan tanpa mengalami deformasi yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang sifat-sifat aspal mekanik serta mengembangkan metode yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan stabilitasnya. Dalam jurnal ini, akan dibahas beberapa aspek penting terkait stabilitas aspal, termasuk pengaruh komposisi aspal, faktor lingkungan, dan metode pengujian yang digunakan untuk menilai stabilitasnya. Metode pengujian juga merupakan komponen penting dalam penilaian stabilitas aspal. Beberapa metode umum yang digunakan termasuk uji Marshall dan uji stabilitas-dengan-batas. Pada penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa stabilitas aspal memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kekuatan dan daya tahan campuran aspal dalam menghadapi beban lalu lintas dan perubahan cuaca. Stabilitas aspal dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti jenis aspal yang digunakan, komposisi aspal dan agregat dalam campuran, serta proses produksi dan pengolahan campuran aspal. Research on building design structures still needs to be reported. This study aims to analyze the structure and design of traditional Balinese buildings in Banjar Cekeng, Sulahan Village, Bali. The mixed method study design was used to direct residents of Br Cekang to sekanem and Paon buildings. Data analysis is carried out descriptively. As a result, the traditional Balinese structure and design of the Sakanem and Paon (kitchen) in Banjar Cekeng meet SNI based on structural analysis. The findings show the strength of the structure for the beams and that the bale Sakanem and Paon horses have sufficient vertical rigidity to withhold the working boundary loads. Furthermore, at the lateral deviation of the Sakanem and Paon building structures, they have sufficient lateral rigidity to withstand the earthquake loads in the x and y directions. Maximum factored force analysis obtained the results of the structures of models 1 (Sakanem), consisting of column and beam structure components made of wooden material, and models 2 (Paon), with concrete column structure components, bamboo, and wooden beams. Salah satu pengolahan data dalam jumlah yang besar adalah data mining. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan data mining dengan metode k-nearest neighbor (K-NN) untuk penentuan penerima beasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode data private, studi literatur, dan wawancara. Tahapan data mining yaitu cleaning, selection, transformation, knowledge deiscovery, pattern evaluation, knowledge presentation. Pengujian sistem yaitu dengan menggunakan confusion matrix untuk mengetahui nilai akurasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa menggunakan metode k-nearest neighbor dimana hasil pengujian dengan confusion matrix dan kurva ROC (Receiver Operation Characteristic) di peroleh hasil akurasi terbaik sebesar 77% dengan nilai AUC (Area Under Curve) 0,90 dari jumlah data training 115, data testing 555 dan nilai K adalah 4.
