{"title":"US Stock Market Efficiency: EMH or AMH?","authors":"Canyu Huang","doi":"10.2991/ICFIED-19.2019.32","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/ICFIED-19.2019.32","url":null,"abstract":"This paper adopts a forecasting method to shed light on efficiency of the US stock market using the S&P500 index in the past 30 years. Daily data is grouped into 30 subsamples. The modified Diebold-Mariano (MDM) test is used to compare the forecasting performances of the random walk model and the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model to show which is a better description of the daily returns of the S&P 500. The results show that the ARIMA model persistently outperforms the random walk model, which suggests that the US market is not in a weak form of efficiency during the sample period. The efficiency of resource allocation, operation characteristics and coordination degree of between subsystems in different subsystems has a great impact on the overall performance of supply chain system. Based on the establishment of performance evaluation index system of the supply chain system of manufacturing enterprises, it uses AHP-DEA comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate its performance. This model is different from the previous AHP and DEA combination model in: the former is realizing the combination of subjective and objective, while the latter is not reflecting the preference of decision makers. This paper discusses the current dilemma facing the net lending industry, explore the network clustering development model, which is based on the perspective of complex adaptive system for network clustering innovation loan pattern, and discussed with the CAS theory net credit cluster characteristics, in order to make the main body form a coordinated and orderly, efficient operation of the market operation mechanism. This paper holds that it is of great practical significance to gather into a sharable information resource and a network loan cluster system with a perfect social credit information system, and to build an operation mechanism suitable for the clustering of China's network loan market. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey of 166 employees of Guangzhou hotel and catering enterprises to explore the impact of time pressure on job satisfaction.The results show that the time pressure at work has an inverted U-Shape effect on job satisfaction, what is, there is a stress level for optimal working hours. At this point, the job satisfaction of individual reaches the highest value. If it lower or higher than this pressure level, the individual's job satisfaction is far from the best job satisfaction level. {"title":"Is There a Bubble in the Residential market? From 2000 to 2015, nine indicators of residential property market in Tianjin were selected to analyze one by one, and a comprehensive evaluation system was established. Using the PCA-LINMAP coupling model, the principal component is extracted and the principal component synthesis index is formed. Then the weight of each index is determined by using the LINMAP model. Finally, the bubble measure is completed through weighted calculation.
