Society in general there are still many lay people who do not understand nerve health, so many of them ignore the symptoms experienced and may be a symptom of central nervous disease. This may be due to the high cost of consultation, and not to mention doctors who are difficult to find due to time invoices. In various fields the use of technology has developed rapidly, one of which is in the field of health, one of which is the use of expert systems. Expert systems are computer programs that present and reason with the knowledge of several experts to solve problems or provide solutions. The development of technology such as expert systems is of course also supported by methods of diagnosing, such as the Certainty Factor Method. Proses eVoting dipakai agar proses bisa berlangsung  dengan cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Sedangkan aplikasi DSS digunakan untuk membantu pemilih dalam menentukan pilihannya tepat sesuai dengan keinginannya. Tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah membuat aplikasi eVoting berbasis DSS untuk diimplementasikan pada pemilihan kepala daerah/desa melalui kajian teoritis dan analisis kebutuhan. Metoda penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode survey dalam pengambilan data, seperti wawancara dan kuesioner guna medapatkan data primer. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari  situs resmi Pemerintah Daerah, yang pada penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Pemalang. Metoda analisis seperti Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) dan Critical Success Factor (CSF) dilakukan untuk mendukung perancangan aplikasi eVoting. Model Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Database Relational digunakan pada perancangan aplikasi DSS. Hasil penelitian ini dalam bentuk rancangan aplikasi eVoting berbasis DSS, yaitu rancangan model, database, dan user interface. The objectives are to produce annual appraisal data for each employee and division, and there are company assessments made by VP Human Capital Business & Support and approved by the director is also still done conventionally. Even though the management has been organized, this method is still not optimal because in addition to requiring a long time and there are still operating paper documents, this method also has many weaknesses. Mahasiswa aktif  adalah mahasiswa yang  melakukan pendaftaran ulang pada awal semester dan memberikan hasil registrasi berbentuk foto copy di pendidikan sebagai syarat keaktifan mahsaiswa di lihat dari berkas yang telah di kumpulkan. Selain mahasiswa aktif ada juga  mahasiswa non-aktif ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan perguruan tinggi dan mahsiswa nonaktif dapat menyebabkan mahsiswa drop out. Hal ini dapat menjadi lebih menarik jika di lakukan penelitian dengan teknik data mining metode C.4.5 untuk mencari karakteristik mahasiswa aktif berdasarkan   berkas yang di kumpulkan ke Biro Akademik. Data penelitian menggunakan data mahasiswa Semester V (lima) S1 STIKOM TUNAS Bangsa Pematangsiantar. Pemesanan makanan maupun minuman fastfood selama ini banyak yang masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan media telepon, dimana konsumen akan bertanya menu apa saja yang tersedia serta harganya, sehingga konsumen dapat memesan makanan yang diinginkannya. Selain itu, kesulitan yang lain adalah pada saat pengiriman barang, dimana alamat pengiriman yang diberikan konsumen pada saat melakukan pemesanan sering tidak lengkap dan jelas dan mempersulit bagian pengirim pesanan. Pada penelitian yaitu dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang ditunjukkan fakta-fakta dan data yang ada pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian yaitu Implementasi Standar Pelayanan Perpustakaan di Surabaya (Studi kasus di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur) dipengaruhi oleh Komunikasi, Sumberdaya   Pendukung,   Disposisi,   dan   Struktur   Birokrasi.   Dalam   pelaksanaannya kebijakan ini sudah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah  penerapan  standar pelayanan adalah  kesadaran masyarakat masih kurang, terbatasnya tenaga pengelola/petugas pelayanan terutama tenaga ahli/pustakawan dan mempunyai pendidikan khusus di bidang perpustakaan. menjadi kendala tersendiri, sehingga ada keterbatasan dalam penguasaan permasalahan-permasalahan di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk membuat sistem internet banking (Ibank) sebagai solusi mengatasi kendala tempat dan waktu bagi nasabah bank. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan pembuatan sistem internet banking (Ibank) yang dihasilkan nantinya akan mampu mengatasi masalah pelayanan bank kepada nasabah dari kendala tempat dan waktu. Sistem klasifikasi wajah adalah suatu aplikasi yang membuat sebuah mesin dapat mengenali wajah seseorang sesuai dengan citra wajah yang telah ditraining dan disimpan  di dalam  database mesin  tersebut.  Klasifikasi  wajah sendiri  dapat  dilakukan  dengan  berbagai  cara,  salah  satunya  adalah menggunakan metode support vector machine (SVM). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampling yang di ambil dalam variasi posisi pada sudut kemiringan subjek (-90°, -70°, -45°, -25°, -5° ) dan (+90°, +70°, +45°, +25°, +5° ) dengan ukuran citra 640x480. Sistem klasifikasi wajah didalam penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode support vector machine (SVM) dan bahasa pemograman Matlap.
