In the article, the biosemiotic approach is reframed into a biosemantic approach based on decoding specific lexical structures. The lexical invariants of polysemous words are shown to be meaningful cores of their figurative meanings. It is a set of dominant semantic components that are stably associated with each lexeme’s meaning. In the process of semiosis, the individual is guided by these invariant components. These components are formed over time in the individual's cognitive niche as a result of observations of the relationship between language signs. The practical part of the article includes an empirical invariant-component analysis of the English polysemous substantive “a hood” from the standpoint of invariant semantics. As in the semantic configuration, the nucleus of “space” is highlighted, and the remaining components can be interpreted as peripherals. The space concept can be distinguished by dative and ablative cases. The dative case in the Russian language assumed through prepositions. After the prepositions “k”, “po”, “blagodarya” the nouns show place meaning. Como a matemática é a mesma em todo o mundo, ela pode servir como uma linguagem global. A ideia de atribuir certos valores finitos específicos a determinadas séries divergentes é chamada de Soma de Cesaro. Este artigo tenta analisar a interação entre matemática e linguagem, considerando Cesaro – como soma para certas séries divergentes. Para atingir esse objetivo, polinômios eulerianos são utilizados. Além disso, um novo método de determinação de valores de soma de Cesaro integrando funções geradoras particulares é definido sobre os intervalos fechados e limitados para uma série de potência infinita geral cujos coeficientes são milésimas potências de números naturais. A análise das unidades fraseológicas ajuda a entender a visão de mundo e a percepção da realidade circundante por uma determinada nação. A originalidade da imagem linguística do mundo é formada com base na língua de cada nação separadamente, e é o estudo das expressões idiomáticas que contribui para a cognição dessa imagem linguística do mundo de um determinado povo. Devido ao fato de que a vida humana e o mundo animal estão intimamente interligados e interrelacionados, é o estudo dos zoônimos usados em unidades fraseológicas que ajuda a explorar e entender melhor a cultura de diferentes povos. Além disso, são os zoônimos os mais utilizados no fundo fraseológico de qualquer língua, já que o folclore (provérbios, ditados) é a principal fonte que reabastece as línguas com expressões idiomáticas. As confirmed by judicial practice, the joining side may not understand the contract’s content or have a mistaken notion about it. The aim of the article is to research the reasons and consequences of lack of language clarity on the contract’s terms for the side that joins the contract, in order to determine the ways to eliminate them. The empirical method, the methods of description and interpretation, and the theory of formal and dialectic logic are used in the article. The reason for not understanding a contract’s terms might not be the objective complexity of the text, but the fact that the contractor does not read it. A conclusion is made that juridical means of protecting a contract’s side that has concluded a contract due to wrongous influence, are not always effective. Nesse contexto, este trabalho visa traçar o estado da arte sobre o uso de TDICs no ensino de LE, além de abordar tópicos como letramento digital e competência midiática, profundamente entrelaçados à temática. O objetivo do estudo consiste em relacionar os discursos acerca do empreendedorismo no material didático antes referido com os desígnios da racionalidade neoliberal no campo da educação e, de modo mais específico, no ensino de inglês como língua estrangeira. Busca-se respaldo, especialmente, em Foucault (2008; 2010) e em Dardot e Laval (2016). Trata-se de um trabalho descritivo-interpretativo e documental, de natureza qualitativa. This study, therefore, aims to explore grammatical and morphological rules of the Arabic language based on the modes of Qira’at. The study employs an analytical method in which grammatical and morphological rules are extracted from different modes of Qira’at based on scholars’ interpretations. The study revealed that grammatical and morphological rules are extracted from both usual and unusual modes of recitations. Additionally, there is no disagreement within the usual modes of recitations regarding the Arabic grammatical and morphological rules. Likewise, the usual and unusual modes of recitations are complementary to each other in terms of grammar and morphology. The realization of all this is related to the scientific research of the ancient Turkish language on the one hand, and its teaching on the other hand. Although it is said that it is mostly derived from the Aramaic-Pahlavi alphabet, there are sufficient facts that prove its connection with tamgas. The signs representing these words-tamgas were later included as graphemes in the Old Turkic alphabet. It is those graphemes that create both pictorial sign and speech sound harmony that make the Old Turkic alphabet come into being.
