Since, its fault may produce huge damage; the way to efficiently diagnose the bearing faults is a high issue in signal processing, and its fault detection draw an important significance. In this paper, a hybrid method based on Empirical Wavelet Transform and S Transform has been proposed in order to detect the outer race bearing fault in an induction motor using vibration signals. As the collected signals are disturbed by noise, EWT is used to filter the raw signals in conjunction with isolating the region containing fault characteristic frequencies. Then ST is used to represent an Amplitude-Frequency and a Time-Frequency contour of the filtered signals, which allow to detect the bearing fault. Finally, experimental vibration data have been investigated to assess the reliability of the developed method. The curvature value is computed for each vertex of the mesh then it is labeled with a value belonging to a curvature class. An iterative and recursive region growing process builds regions of neighbor vertices belonging to the same curvature class and starting from a seed vertex. Then, another iterative merging process eliminates poor regions, and particularly merges neighbor regions with the same curvature class. Final obtained regions are colored in order to distinguish between different parts of the 3D object. In this survey, we aim in the paper to perform implementation techniques based on the parameterization and a comparison between the important polynomial interpolation algorithms and by Whittaker filtering applied in the case of mono-frame and multi-frame super-resolution. The super-resolution methods studied in the present work have the advantage of being both simple and of good performance in terms of resources consumed, particularly when it comes to the size of the processor and the required memory which are limiting factors. Hence, this paper, focus on developing a new strategy of PAPR reduction and specifically concentrates on selective mapping (SLM) technique because it is proved to be one of the most efficient approaches. In this context, two phases sequences for SLM such as rows of normalized Riemann matrix (RM) and diagonal elements of the modified RM are applied. Afterward, new phase factors using the rows of the symmetric Toeplitz matrix is proposed. The evaluation is conducted using as measure of the complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) to check the performances of the proposed approach. This descriptor is similar to local binary patterns, since it highlights intensity differences between a pixel and its neighbors. Presently, we propose a multi-scale implementation of LDF in which, neighboring pixels are taken on several radiuses. This helps to adapt LDF to variations of handwritten strokes within signatures. The verification stage is carried out by using Support Vector Machines classifier. The performance assessment is elaborated on two benchmark datasets. In CSS, each CR user performs Energy Detection (ED) technique to detect the status of licensed frequency bands of the PU. This paper investigates the performance of different hard-decision fusion schemes (OR-rule, AND-rule, and MAJORITY-rule) in the presence of Always Yes and Always No Malicious User (AYMU and ANMU) over Rayleigh and Gaussian channels. More precisely, comparative study is conducted to evaluate the impact of such malicious users in CSS on the performance of various hard data combining rules in terms of miss detection and false alarm probabilities. This paper presents a new approach for Respiration Rate (RR) estimation of a stationary person. The particularity of this approach is that does not require any pre-processing techniques. It is based on the estimation of the Second Maximum Eigenvalue (SME) using Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). To extract the VS signal, a packet of eigenvalues is acquired using a moving matrix window over the slow time direction of the radar data. Then applying a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), the respiration rate can be easily estimated. Experiments are performed using a P440 (IR-UWB) radar. In this work, a PID controller synthesis is presented. The PID is designed to work with a MPPT technique to track the target voltage. In order to outline the controller, a linearized representation (model) of the PV system is essential. This representation can be achieved by replacing, in the first place, the PV generator with its linear equivalent circuit, and then averaging the PV system equations over one switching cycle. The obtained system model is then used to synthesise the controller by means of Q-parameterization. This approach is an easy to use tool to design linear controllers and can guarantee at the same time closed-loop stability. After the design step, a stability analysis is conducted to measure the system robustness. Second, the development of diagnostic of the machine will be shown. The signal processing in known operating phases (fixed speed), considering and locating malfunctions. In this context, we proposed a new approach for diagnosis electrical defects based on the value of rotor resistance as fixed for condition monitoring.
