Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kolaborasi guru dan orang tua yang sangat bagus yaitu dengan Komunikasi guru dan orang tua, menghubungi dengan via ponsel, buku penghubung, surat-menyurat, dan penerimaan rapor. Dalam kolaborasi guru dan orang tua tidak ada hambatan yang terlalu berarti karena guru selalu mencari cara untuk tepap menjalin kolaborasi dengan orang tuak. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperiment. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kemala Bhayangkari 03 Alai Padang, teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling, yaitu kelas B5 dan B6 yang masing-masingnya berjumlah 12 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kemudian data diolah dengan uji perbedaan (t-test). Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh rata-rata tes kelas eksperimen adalah 82,81 dan SD sebesar 6,81 sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 69,27 dan SD sebesar 5,96 pada pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t hitung sebesar (4,97794 dan t tabel sebesar 2,07387) pada taraf nyata α = 0,05 dan dk = 22. In this study quantitative research in the form of quasy experiments was used. The result showed that according ti the analysis of indpendent data from the sample t-test using SPSS for windows 23, previously the normality and hmogenity test were carried out, and also with the N-Gain score test. The result obtained sig (2-tailed) 0,012 <0,05 means that there is a significant (significant) difference in effectiveness between the treatment given by the teacher and the treatmeant of relay outbound fun activities to improve children’s social development. Mengetahui kualitas pendidik dalam menyelaraskan sikap perilaku setelah mengikuti diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan berdasarkan perspektif fenomenologis. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, observasi dan selfreport. Data yang terkumpul diidentifikasi berdasarkan ketiga komponen Developmental Appropriateness Practices (DAP). This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Researchers use principals and teachers as research informants. Research collects data by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data analysis technique is done by data trianguulation technique. Children’s independence in Kindergarten Fadhilah Amal 3 Dadok Raya Subdistrict Padang can be seen in all activities carried out daily by children, such as when the first child arrives at school, when the child leard in the classroom and the child plays outside the classroom. The results showed that various forms of children’s independence such as choosing work to be done first, choosing their own favorite game, playing alone without being accompanied by a teacher, doing their own daily activities without the help of others. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kolerasional dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan tindakan pengumpulan data yang berupa angket. Dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh koefisien determinasi komunikasi verbal orang tua terhadap kesantunan berbahasa anak sebesar 0,294, koefisien kolerasi antara hubungan komunikasi verbal orang tua terhadap kesantunan berbahasa anak sebesar 0,241.
