This article analyzes the effects of structural intellectual capital on the innovation capacity of public administration in a Latin American city. The research was carried out with civil servants who hold management positions in the City Hall of the researched city. It was used multivariate exploratory analysis, principal component analysis, correlation and linear regression to statistically organize the data. The main results are that structural intellectual capital has a positive, significant and direct influence on the capacity for innovation in public administration. For public managers, the study demonstrated that investment in structural capital can have direct and proportional effects on the ability to innovate in services and processes, organizational and institutional. Therefore, investments in structure, processes, and organizational philosophy in public administration tend to improve managers’ ability to innovate. Universities have KPI which consists of Index of Activities Performance (IAP) and Index of Main Performance (IMP) with the constraints of time and cost. Creative University is a university with creative activities such that the completion of KPI is accomplished within shorter duration and less cost. There are three activities management to accelerate the KPI completion those are creating activities that could minimize the distance between IAP and IMP, creating the schedule of activities, and managing the schedule based on the strategy of academic phases in university. Summary: Creativity and innovation are very crucial elements required by all life sectors to compete in the current era of globalization. Being labelled as ‘creative’ is positive and attractive for an organization in a competitive world. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is measurable value demonstrating how effectively an organization is achieving their objectives. KPI consists of output, known as Indicator of Activities Performance (IAP) and outcome or Indicator of Main Performance (IMP). Universities have quantifiable IMPs and IAPs. There are cost and time constraints in realizing IAPs and IMPs to complete the KPI. The term of ‘Creative University’ has never been reviewed on any reports. The study’s objectives are to make a definition of Creative University based on the KPI completion and to describe the management of activities to accelerate the KPI completion towards creative university. The observation data were KPI of activities synchronized by the Quadqurelli Symonds (QS) system and activities managed by one of national universities in Indonesia. In this study, a number of graphs were made as illustrations to answer the objectives. The variables of the graphs were the observation data and the constrains of cost and time. Several of the graphs implemented several basic concepts of mathematics and physics including the first-degree polynomial function, Density Theorem of real number, and free parabolic motion. As the result, Creative University could be defined as a university with creative activities such that the completion of KPI is accomplished with shorter duration and less budget. Using a sample of 696 Colombian students from the data of Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students‘Survey (GUESSS) , findings confirm Darwinian and Missionary social identity influence entrepreneurial intention positively. Fur-thermore, we find that the more a person identifies with a Darwinian social identity, the less entrepreneurial intention depends on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, while the contrary happens for missionary social identity. This study provides empirical evidence that competence, and identification influence the entrepreneurial process. Trust is especially important in areas like the banking sector. Blockchain technology is a decentralised, coded security system which permits the development of novel digital platforms and services using this developing technology. The current research focuses on the usage of blockchain technology in the financial and e-finance sectors. The study focuses of research questions such as the development of blockchain technology, the adoption & challenges in blockchain technology and the application of blockchain technology in the financial sector. This study conducted a systematic review of 76 scientific articles on blockchain technology, na-rrowing down the selection to 59 articles. As a result, the author created classification framework with three dimensions: blockchain development, challenges and applications in the financial sector. This study recognizes consequences for blockchain research and practice in the future. The study reveals that blockchain has various unexplored application in finance sector and also there is a scope of improvement in technology. For this, a systematic literature review was carried out, using the Methodi Ordinatio methodology, resulting in a portfolio of articles with scientific relevance, which was a source for data collection and analysis. As a result, it was observed that the three themes are related, generating benefits, since, based on anthropotechnology, some barriers, such as human and lack of adaptation, can be anticipated and dealt with, allowing the transfer of technology to occur effectively. In addition, anthropotechnology generates social benefits, by facilitating technological development adapted to the population receiving the technology. Technology transfer, in turn, is a means of implementing sustainable development. This paper offers a description of four norms that influence technology transfer within and between US institutions. These norms are located within the three environments of the US policy system: policy formation, policy implementation, and policy evaluation. Introducing the concept of ‘norm transfer’, we argue that norms cannot be assumed to permeate the entire policy system and that some prominent norms are in fact influential only in one or two of the policy environments. We demonstrate this idea using the case of technology transfer in the US, and suggest that understanding the role of norms in technology transfer is essential for improving the ability of universities and research labs to serve the public good. Sin embargo, estos estudios se realizan a nivel agregado de la economía, y muy pocas veces, a nivel de industrias. Es por ello, que el estudio de las brechas de género en términos salariales y de acceso laboral desde una perspectiva de sectores productivos es relevante. Más aún, dicho estudio en los sectores de la economía con mayor remuneración. Debido a esto, el presente trabajo pretende enfocarse en el estudio del acceso femenino en el mercado laboral de los Servicios Intensivos en Conocimiento, ya que las tareas que se realizan en estos sectores de la economía son las de remuneraciones más altas. Mediante los datos de la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares de Argentina para el cuarto trimestre de 2020, se encuentra que la probabilidad de la inserción laboral en los Servicios Intensivos en Conocimiento es mayor para los varones que para las mujeres, aunque la participación es heterogénea entre los diferentes sectores. Abstract: The gender literature exhaustively studies gender gaps in terms of income and inequality in the opportunities of access to the labor market between men and women. However, these studies are carried out at the aggregate level of the economy and very rarely at the level of industries. That is why the study of gender gaps in wages and access to employment from a productive sector perspective is relevant. Furthermore, this study in the sectors of the economy with the highest remuneration. Due to this, the present work aims to focus on the study of female access to the labor market of Knowledge-Intensive Services, since the tasks performed in these sectors of the economy are those with the highest remuneration. Economic development has determined that the producers of this knowledge must be adequately rewarded for their inventions, considering that innovation and the solution for problems that affect people’s productivity and quality of life must be protected. These rewards include property rights granted by an invention patent. However, in the invention process, there is a time when the inventor needs testing or experimenting for his innovation, and it will become public without the protection of a final patent application. In this situation and to protect the creative process, it is functional to introduce a type of provisional patent. It will last for a while until the request for a nonprovisional patent. Through a qualitative study, the structure and functions of the actors involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of these institutions were identified. It is concluded that the universities studied generate knowledge and technological developments with the possibility of commercial utility. However, most of them are not commercialized because their promotion is left to the responsibility of entrepreneurs, so that the results of the analyzed ecosystem are circumstantial and are not the result of a well-defined strategy.
