There are only a few dietary practices to provide better outcomes in newborns with VLBW. This study aimed to assess the factors associated with the time to achieve full enteral feeding (FEF) in infants with VLBW. \u0000Methods: This was a retrospective study on infants with VLBW in the Neonatology Unit of Sanglah Central General Hospital, Bali from November 2020 to January 2022. The infants started trophic feeding with breastmilk and or formula milk. The age of FEF was determined when the target of 150 ml/kgBW/day was reached. The association of risk factors was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and linear regression analysis. \u0000Results: A total of 79 VLBW infants with a median gestational age of 30 weeks (25-38) were recruited. The median age of FEF was achieved in 9(7-15) days. Late trophic feeding (more than 24 hours), severe asphyxia, culture positive-sepsis, and using a mechanical ventilator were associated with a longer timing of FEF. While in the multivariate analysis, small for gestational age (SGA), late trophic feeding, severe asphyxia, absence of prenatal dexamethasone, and culture-positive sepsis were independent factors for longer FEF in this population. \u0000Conclusion: In VLBW infants, the age of FEF in our population was reached in 2 weeks. Small for gestational age, late trophic feeding, severe asphyxia, prenatal dexamethasone coverage, and culture-positive sepsis were associated with delay in FEF. Further studies of multi-centers and analyzing the factors of delayed TF might be needed.

Every day, tobacco farmers who plant, process, and harvest can absorb as much nicotine as the amount of nicotine found in 50 cigarettes. Therefore, tobacco farmers are at risk of acute nicotine poisoning known as Green Tobacco Sickness (GTS). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of educational videos on increasing tobacco farmers’ knowledge of first aid for GTS in Kedungadem Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. Method. This research used pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The population was 129 tobacco farmers. The sample was 97 tobacco farmers who were recruited by cluster random sampling. The data were obtained by a questionnaire and analyzed by paired t-test (α≤0.05). Result. The results showed that 63 farmers (64.5%) had a low level of knowledge before educational videos were played and increased to 84.5% after the videos were played. The results of the paired t-test indicated that there was an effect of educational videos on tobacco farmers’ knowledge of first aid for GTS (P = 0.000). Conclusion. Health education using videos can increase tobacco farmers' knowledge about first aid for GTS. Videos can be used as alternative media for providing health education to the community. Further researchers can provide a control group and/or using a different method.

This literature review aims to find out which modalities are the most effectively applied to ALS training which can increase the knowledge and skills of health workers in conducting ALS. Methods: Literature study using 11 articles that have been published and peer-reviewed from data-based PubMed, CINAHL, and ScienceDirect using the keywords effectiveness, advanced life support, modalities, nurses, knowledge, and skills. Searches were limited to full text articles, experimental designs, publications from 2017 to 2022. Selection of articles in research using flowchart Prisma. Results: Analysis of eleven articles or journals related to the research objectives found that the video training was the most effective methods in increasing the knowledge and skills of respondents in ALS training. The implementation of ALS training in a hybrid manner, namely the use of non-face-to-face learning methods using video with face-to-face training led by an instructor, showed no significant difference, but video training was preferred because it provides convenience regarding time, place of implementation, and more training participants. Conclusion: ALS training must be given to nurses at least once a year, so it can be suggested to institutions to use the learning video method as a method of providing training.

There are many biological, psychological, and social changes that can cause conflict problems between themselves and the surrounding environment, causing bullying victims which have an impact on the emergence of anxiety in these adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy in reducing the level of anxiety among adolescent victims of bullying. Method: The research method used quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest control group design approaches. The sampling technique with a total sampling of 44 respondents divided into 2, namely the experimental group and the control group. Results: the results of the study using the Paired Sample T-test showed that the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that there is an effect of expressive writing therapy in reducing anxiety levels in adolescent victims of bullying. This can be seen from the decrease in anxiety scores in adolescent victims of bullying from a severe anxiety level of 50.0% to 41.0% in mild anxiety after expressive writing therapy intervention. Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested that expressive writing therapy can be used as an intervention in overcoming anxiety in adolescent victims of bullying both on campus and at home.

Parenting during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge that needs to be addressed. Behaviour change as a result of restrictions requires that children and parents must adapt. For this reason, a parenting model is needed so that the process of behavioural education in children by parents continues and is able to be adapted by children. Objective. This research was conducted to find a parenting model during a pandemic so that children are adaptive in playing, learning, doing PHBS and conducting social interactions. Methods This study was an exploratory and experimental study with subjects of parents and children with a control group of 60 and treatment of 63. This research was conducted in Denpasar, Gianyar and Klungkung. The data were analysed by t-test. Result. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in parenting abilities in mothers who were educated with digital modules with p = 0.00. Digital parenting in mothers has a good influence on children's adaptation in playing p=0.00, in learning 0.00 and socialization p= 0.006, but not significantly to PHBS p= 0.177 at p (<0.005). This means that during a pandemic, digital education is very appropriate to improve maternal parenting for children to adapt to a pandemic situation. Conclusions.
