En premierlieu nous avons élaboré des films minces de Cu 2O par électrodéposition surun substrat ITO dans un milieu sulfate à température fixé de T=60° et unpotentiel imposé de - 0.5V/ECS. En second lieu les couches minces del’oxyde de cuivre (Cu 2O/ITO) ont subi un traitement thermique àtempérature de 500 °C pendant 1h pour obtenir des films mince nomméCuO/ITO. Les couches minces déposées ont été caractérisées par ladiffraction du rayon X (DRX), la microscopie à force atomique (AFM), lemicroscope électronique à balayage (MEB) et la spectroscopie UV-Vis.L’activité photocatalytique des films Cu 2O et CuO a été étudiée au moyende la dégradation du méthyl orange (MO) sous irradiation directe de rayonsUV.
