For the joining of these grade material TIG welding can be preferably used. Friction stir welding (FSW) is the mechanical type joining process produces high welding strength without adding filler material. In this research article, experimental study is carried out on Al6082 and Al6063 to check weld quality and hardness of friction stir welding samples. Taguchi method and L9 orthogonal array is used for design of experiments. This empirical study examines and quantifies AI's various effects on behavior and well-being. This study examines the complex interaction between AI and human behavior across domains using a comprehensive literature review and a variety of empirical data sources. It examines how AI-driven personalisation, recommendation systems, and content curation affect people's preferences and interactions. AI's impact on healthcare, education, and mental health is also examined. The empirical investigation also covers AI's ethical and societal ramifications, including data privacy, algorithmic biases, and the psychological effects of AI-driven social media platforms. It quantifies AI's impact on job markets and economic behaviors, revealing labor force prospects and difficulties. This study also examines how AI improves healthcare, education, and convenience.  This research seeks to understand how AI is changing human behavior and well-being through rigorous statistical analysis and data-driven investigation. The findings can help students, professionals, and society safely and ethically navigate AI technologies. This study emphasizes the need for a balanced strategy to exploit AI's benefits while minimizing its potential harm to individuals and societies. Han","doi":"10.13675/J.CNKI.TJJS.2015.01.005","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.13675/J.CNKI.TJJS.2015.01.005","url":null,"abstract":"A multi-physic fields coupling mathematical model was established using fluid controlling equations,heat and mass transfer equations,species transport equations and Maxwell's electromagnetic equations,to predict flow field characteristics inside and outside supersonic plasma gun. The three-dimensional model contained cathode,anode and anode boundary layers,and took ionization and recombination reactions,as well as non-local thermal equilibrium into consideration. The contours of temperature and velocity of plasma jet were displayed under argon and argon- hydrogen working conditions, and arc voltage was also described. The results show that gas temperature inside plasma gun increases by 30%,and velocity increases by 67% after hydrogen was added to working gas. Besides,gas temperature and velocity decrease more sharply at distance of 0~50mm from nozzle exit than that of 50~100mm,while the decrease rate of the velocity and temperature are reduced with increasing axial distance.
