The original motivation of the contribution is to show the possibilities of digital signal processors programming in education practice. The aim is approximate the author's experience with university students teaching. Mainly the using of floating-point digital signal processors to implement the C and assembly source code is outlined. The practical experiments bring students the deeper understanding of the microprocessor technique principles as well as the signal processing algorithms. In the text the short presentation of students' experiments with DSPs is outlined. Moreover the impact of programming in high-level and low-level languages, followed by the optimizing is proved as well.","PeriodicalId":398720,"journal":{"name":"20th International Conference Radioelektronika 2010","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123105732","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is important to use another active block with low input resistance (current follower, current conveyor, etc.) for the impedance matching. This problem is demonstrated in the simple biquadratic structure using two modern functional blocks and two capacitors. Theoretical analysis of the transfer function (Matlab) is compared with the resulting simulations, where macro models of commercially available devices are used.","PeriodicalId":398720,"journal":{"name":"20th International Conference Radioelektronika 2010","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122372576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hierarchical segmentation based on Bayes information criterion and k-means clustering followed by split-merge Gaussian mixture model training were utilized for noise model estimation. Parallel model combination technique produces final noise-corrupted speech models for a small group of speakers. Experiments were carried out on a real operating room ambient noise recorded during a neurosurgery at the University Hospital in Marburg.","PeriodicalId":398720,"journal":{"name":"20th International Conference Radioelektronika 2010","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131073748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Selected frequencies depend on the filter quality factor Q and they are the same for all groups of testable components. The selection of single frequency and double frequencies is shown for the second-order band-pass filter in the current-mode. By using compressed video, errors could propagate to the subsequent frames with resulting worse video quality. Therefore it is necessary to study impact of packet loss on overall video quality. First step in such study is creation of network models. The most popular approach is network modeling using Markov chains. In our paper we have analyzed in which way have occurred packet losses during transmission of video through wired and also wireless network.","PeriodicalId":398720,"journal":{"name":"20th International Conference Radioelektronika 2010","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128302949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method generalizes 2D NILT technique developed formerly to three variables. Especially an error analysis has resulted in a new formula equating a relative error of the method to paths of the integration of triple Bromwich integral. To evaluate triple infinite sums obtained by numerical integration, the partial inversion technique is used. The method was algorithmized in Matlab language environment and applied for solving a response of a weakly nonlinear circuit via Volterra series expansion to demonstrate its practical usefulness.","PeriodicalId":398720,"journal":{"name":"20th International Conference Radioelektronika 2010","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115511653","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
