The purpose of writing is to determine the role of health promotion about adolescent pregnancy on adolescent knowledge in Manado. Research model by using intervention (treatment) on research subjects to determine the results of changes after being treated intervention. The instruments used were questionnaires distributed before and after health promotion (pre-post test) to see the level of knowledge of adolescents, questionnaires containing 20 questions about teenage pregnancy. Nonpharmacological therapy that nurses can do to reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting is with ginger aromatherapy. .Purpose: This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving ginger aromatherapy to nausea and vomiting in patients with post-appendectomy. Methods: The method used in writing is a case report with ginger aromatherapy intervention carried out for 3 days. Results: The results of this case study showed that after 3 days of ginger aromatherapy intervention, there was a decrease in the RINVR score from 15 (moderate nausea and vomiting) to 2 (mild nausea and vomiting). In this case the hospital is also a managerial process of people getting what they want and need through creating and exchanging the services offered and quality value to patients. The purpose of this literature study is to find out how marketing strategies are carried out to increase income and quality of health services. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this literature study are by selecting the intended consumers (targets), identifying consumer desires, and determining the marketing mix (marketing mix). It can be concluded that the marketing strategy for hospitals and other health facilities is not much different from the marketing strategy in general. Because the strategy aims to promote and introduce hospitals and services provided to increase income and quality of health services. The performance of health workers is the result or level of success of a person as a whole in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, services to patients and targets or criteria that are in accordance with professional responsibilities. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the factors that influence the performance of health workers in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are factors that influence work performance or achievement, namely individual factors consisting of individual factors of effort (effort), abilities, and role/task perception. While environmental factors include physical condition, equipment, time, education and training. It can be concluded that the result or level of one's overall performance during a certain period is influenced by individual and environmental factors. Penyakit ini banyak mengenai umur diatas 15 tahun dan Dislipidemia menduduki sepuluh besar penyebab kesakitan dan kematian di Indonesia sehingga diperlukan terapi yang tepat dalam pengobatannya.  Telah dilaporkan satu kasus dislipidemia pada seorang wanita usia 48 tahun, dengan gambaran klinis nyeri kuduk, yang diperberat pada saat aktivitas fisik dan saat mengkonsumsi beberapa makanan tertentu, pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan kebas pada kedua ekstremitas atas dan bawah. Diagnosis ditegakkan bedasarkan anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik. The most common cause of spinal cord trauma is due to traffic accidents, etc. Spinal cord trauma itself is classified into complete spinal cord trauma and incomplete spinal cord trauma. While the most common symptoms of spinal cord trauma are acute pain in the back of the neck, paraplegia, total motor sensory paralysis, loss of bladder control (urine retention, bladder distention), decreased sweating and vasomotor tone, decreased respiratory function, respiratory failure. Treatment of spinal cord injuries is primarily aimed at improving and maintaining sensory and motor function. Operative therapy is not recommended unless the patient has an indication for surgery. PJB terjadi akibat adanya gangguan atau kegagalan pembentukan dan perkembangan jantung dan pembuluh darah besar pada fase awal kehidupan janin. Kelainan dapat terjadi pada dinding jantung, sekat jantung, katup jantung, maupun pembuluh darah besar yang keluar dari jantung. Tatalaksana yang tepat dan cepat pada pasien ileus obstruktif merupakan hal yang penting untuk mencegah prognosis yang buruk terhadap pasien. Pemeriksaan penunjang yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu menegakkan diagnosa ileus obstruktif adalah foto polos abdomen 3 posisi. Segera setelah penegakkan diagnosa dapat dilakukan tindakan pembedahan berupa laparotomi eksplorasi. Kami melaporkan pasien laki-laki, 24 tahun, mengeluhkan nyeri perut, mual dan muntah, serta sulit buang air besar. Pemeriksaan abdomen menunjukkan distensi pada seluruh lapang abdomen dan terdapat nyeri tekan abdomen. Beberapa pemeriksaan penunjang meliputi pemeriksaan laboratorium dan radiologi dilakukan. Pasien di diagnosa dengan ileus obstruktif.
