One factor that differentiates between the two is the implementation of strategic management in madrasas. This article presents the results of research at two madrasas, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Andalusia Qur'anic School which is relatively high quality and is popular with many students, and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Amanah which is less popular. This research aims to determine and discuss the implementation of strategic management in the two Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, due to the presence or absence of strategic management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing strategic management. The research results show that there is a gradation in the existence of strategic management documents in the two madrasas, from those that are relatively complete to documents that have not been completely written. Madrassas that have more complete strategic management documents produce better quality and public interest compared to madrassas that do not have good strategic management documents. In choosing a madrasa, factors such as the number of students and teachers, facilities, study costs, and individual preferences greatly influence the decisions of parents and students. The limitations of this paper lie in its deeper focus on the comparison between the two madrasas in terms of official documentation, facilities, and tuition fees. This article does not provide an in-depth picture of the quality of graduates and academic results from the two madrasas. This article discusses the concept of educational decentralization as a strategy to overcome the challenges of a centralized education system. Decentralization of education provides opportunities for equal distribution of education and empowerment of local communities in managing learning. This study discusses the decentralization of education, which was initially completely controlled by the central government. With the decentralization of education, regional governments have the authority to regulate and control education in their regions in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Data was collected from various journal articles and books in accordance with the research topic through content analysis. This type of research is qualitative research. This research aims to improve problem solving skills in Pascal law material through PBL learning at SMAIT As-Syifa Boarding School Subang. The research method used is classroom action research with 2 cycles. Based on the results of action research carried out using the problem-based learning (PBL) model in class XI IPA 1 girls on Pascal law material, it shows the results of increasing students' problem-solving skills. So, the problem-based learning (PBL) model for learning problem solving skills can be an alternative media used by teachers. Improving the problem-solving skills of students in class held Class XI Science 1 Girls students from cycle I to cycle 2. showed satisfactory results and met the classical completeness criteria, namely from 95% to 97.5% of student activity and the problem skill score was above 75 after cycle 2 was completed. The research method used is a class action research model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart's action model. The research procedure was carried out in two cycles and four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of the study concluded that (1) The application of the character-based children's literature discussion method at MI Al Amanah, Cibinong, Bogor Regency can increase student learning activities in Indonesian language subjects. The increase in the listening aspect was 6.82%, the communication aspect was 15.91%, and the participation aspect was 6.82%. (2) The learning outcomes of Fourth Grade Students at MI Al Amanah, Cibinong, Bogor Regency have increased by 65%. (3) There is an enchancement of the application of the character-based children's literature discussion method on improving the learning outcomes of Fourth Grade Indonesian students at MI Al Amanah, Cibinong, Bogor Regency. Cycle I reached 45.45% of students completed, and in cycle II reached 100% of students completed. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDS YAPSI Medan, which consisted of 3 classes, and 44 students were the sample in this study. This research is a Quasi-Experimental quantitative research with Nonequivalent Control Group research design. The instrument used in this study is a test. The results of this study were calculated using the SPSS version 25 application. From the results of the study, the average pretest score in the experimental class was 38.18 and the pretest in the control class was 36.36. After being given the pretest, the two classes were given different treatment, namely the experimental class using the problem solving model and the control class without using the problem solving model. Then did the posttest in both classes and the experimental class obtained an average value of 77.73 while the control class obtained a value of 49.32. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Independent T-test with the help of the SPSS version 25 application, t count 10.037 and t table 1.681, then t count > t table or 10.037 > 1.681 with a significant value of 0.001, a significant value (2 tailed) < α (0 , 05). And it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of the Problem Solving Model on the ability to solve HOTS-oriented math problems in class IV SDS YAPSI Medan.
