Then, the cultural differences between Chinese and English in the use of polite language are illustrated through the examples, including the differences of salutation, greetings, appreciation language, praise language, taboo language and other polite language. BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) is outstanding among many other representation models and vector representation based on Bert pre-training language model can help the target task learn more semantic information. The knowledge graph intuitively reveals the relationship between entities and helps explore deeper semantic connections between entities. There are three important parts in the construction of a knowledge graph, including entity extraction, relation extraction, and graph generation. Based on these methods this paper proposes a Bert-based named entities identification model Bert-BiLSTM-CRF and it is outperforming the established methods. In the relation extraction part, use the BERT-Softmax to improve the semantic expression and its F1-value increased by 12 percent compared with the traditional entity relation extraction model. Based on the above redefined the entities of diabetes and their relationships to enrich the semantics of the knowledge graph. Its remote sensing image texture characteristics are significantly different from that of grain crops. This paper uses the maximum NDVI of MODIS images of the main Lyciumbarbarum production areas in the Qaidam Basin from 2002 to 2015 to analyze the dynamic change characteristics of the planting area of Lyciumbarbarum. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) From 2002 to 2015, the maximum NDVI of Lyciumbarbarum decreased in 2008 in the main production areas of Qaidam Basin and began to stabilize in 2010; 2) The vegetation NDVI in the main production areas of Lyciumbarbarum decreased sharply in 2008, mainly because the coverage of growing crops in the growing season was significantly greater than that of Lyciumbarbarum; 3) The Lyciumbarbarum planting in the western basin was later. The model combines calculations of attentions at different levels with cross-layer fusions of historical data. Experiments on the SQuAD dataset prove that our proposed model is superior to traditional models in terms of the exact match rate and F1 value. Channel capacity and data rate are depended by the modulation bandwidth of the LED. A test system of LED's modulation bandwidth is designed. This system includes two parts: transmission and reception. The transmition circuit is BiasT structure. The receiving circuit is TIA structure. The parameters of the chip were analyzed in detail. The 3dB modulation bandwidth is about 3.15MHz. The 20dB modulation bandwidth is about 8MHz. After using a blue filter lens, the 3dB modulation bandwidth is raised to about 5.5MHz. In this paper, we explore semi-supervised learning based on tri-training for named entity identification of case-related property knowledgebase based on a small amount of annotated data to reduce the workload of corpus annotation. To overcome the problem that the original tri-training method tends to degenerate into a single learner when the amount of training data is small, we propose an improved tri-training method. How to use data fusion technology to effectively reduce network redundant data, improve data transmission efficiency, and reduce network energy consumption is one of the current research hotspots of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, the improved region growth method is used to divide the network into several similar areas. Dividing sub-regions is equivalent to dividing into several clusters. Selecting a representative node in the subregions selects a cluster head node, and implements data acquisition while letting other nodes sleep. The representative node should best reflect the data change trend of the sub-region, thereby reducing the collection of a large amount of redundant data in the data acquisition stage. The simulation experiment results verified the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm.
