However, this method delays traffic and reduces passing capacity in urban intersections. Based on the actual situation of the main urban streets which have at least 6 lanes and 80% of the vehicles are small ones in China, this paper presented a novel method though setting up auxiliary traffic lights and turning-around control zones, so that 4-quadrant passing can be changed into 2-quadrant passing. A hierarchical vehicle stability control strategy is used. The high level of the control strategy is the vehicle motion control level. And the low level is the control allocation level in which the longitudinal force's distribution is the focal point. Through the analysis of the tire characteristics under the combined longitudinal and lateral forces, an effectiveness matrix for the control allocation considering the longitudinal force's impact on the lateral force was proposed. Then based on Quadratic Programming method the longitudinal force of each wheel has been optimal distributed. A hybrid way combined Integer Programming (IP) with Constraint Programming (CP) techniques was presented. The theoretical basis of this approach is the common principles shared by IP and CP: strategies of searching and inference, strengthening and relaxation. In this method, the problem was decomposed through logic based Benders' decomposition; the first part is an assignment problem which was treated as master problem, while the other is a series of single machine scheduling problem, we call it sub-problem; connections between master problem and sub-problem are general Benders' cuts. The master problem was solved to generate the assignment scheme which had the maximum benefit, then make schedule for each machine according to the assignment scheme; if any conflict happens, Benders' cuts were produced and sent to master problem as new constraints in the coming iterations. During the solving process of both master problem and sub-problem, the idea of integrating IP and CP tactics was implemented. The new scheme proposed combines Interleave-division multiple-access(IDMA) with overlapped time division multiplexing(OVTDM). The basic knowledge of IDMA and principles of OVTDM, which explain the reasons of combing these two techniques, are introduced in 1beginning parts of the paper. Then the transmitting and receiving structure and detection algorithms of IDM-OVTDM are proposed. The new scheme presented in the paper not only improves the spectral efficiency but also enhances the reliability of transmission system. Further more, the new scheme achieves the space division multiplexing in poor scattering environments, which is different from MIMO system. Improved principal component analysis (IPCFA) process is use to evaluate in the light of some steps reflecting main function indexes. Case study shows that some indexes are significant in analyzing and assessing main function indexes. Through analysis and assessment, it is concluded that, PCFA approves to be practicable. Using the risk assessment technology, the information assets with possible threat, vulnerability and necessary protection in enterprise information system are analyzed.
