Through the connection relation between nodes and devices and circuits to search and then get the impedance value from root node to short-circuit node and provide the basis for the line setting calculations and network reconfiguration and so on. Crossroads are important part of urban traffic system, whose flow prediction on each direction is one of the most extraordinary key functions in the urban ITS. Some forecasting models have been developed, but these methods' precision usually can't meet with practical requirement. In this article, a neural network model is presented for foreccasting crossroads traffic flow using Backpropagation (BP) Neural Network. Both critical sampling and oversampling cases will be considered. Finally, the computational complexity of the proposed parallel algorithm is analyzed and compared with that of the major existing 2-D DGT algorithms. By now, no sensor could measure BSA directly in mass production vehicles. The paper explains how to directly measure BSA by application of GPS attitude determination technology. The vehicle stability controller is designed based on sliding mode control theory and the information measured by GPS system. The control methodology is based on guaranteeing a set of linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions, which results in controllers that are robust stable. An active braking control is used to decrease the rollover risk of heavy vehicles. The paper also obtains the controller which can adopt the robustness to variations in vehicle speed. A three-dimensional structure band-pass filter used in radar receiver front-end with 860 MHz central frequency and 3.5% (30MHz) fractional bandwidth was designed using LC lumped components‥ A pair of transmission zeros were introduced to achieve high stopband rejection. The resulte of the simulation shows that the insertion loss in the passband is about 5dB and the attenuation is more than 35 dB in the stopband.
