The urban layout of the historic Bellavista, which encloses colonial and republican architecture within it, with the passage of time begins to disappear distorting the urban image that has great historical value for both the history of Callao and the history of Lima. Unfortunately there is little that has been investigated of the ancient buildings in this district, therefore, the present article reveals the urban and architectural studies that will identify the values of the Historic Center of Bellavista in order to achieve a possible declaration of monuments putting in value the historical zone of the district and stopping, as far as possible, this process of degradation that is going through. Aproximaciones hacia una nueva edición","authors":"Franco Cavagnaro Farfán","doi":"10.21754/devenir.v7i13.928","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21754/devenir.v7i13.928","url":null,"abstract":"Based on the affirmations of the poet Martin Adan in a journalistic article published in 1954, in one of his trips to Cusco, we will trace an opposition of the material and the structure that make up a change of verbal form and subject matter of the publication of the first fragment of La mano desasida in 1961, whose reference is the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. This allows us to reflect on the complexity between the limits of the Hispanic and the pre-Hispanic, and the processes of reuse of construction materials and reoccupation of space. Between knowledge and destruction that is a universal process in the evolution of time. We will thus assume the problematic of the totality and the fragment from its textual and archaeological correlates. In that model, the following are emphasized: interventions in the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, tangible and intangible; the active and leading participation of society; and, the implementation of a territorial interpretation plan. In the present work, the origins of the concepts of ecomuseums and theories of interpretation will be detailed, and the characteristics of the Territory-museum and the elements that are part of it, will be explained. Finally, there will be a comparative analysis of three cases in Italy, Spain and Argentina, in order to show the shared characteristics and differences, within the framework of the scope and regional variability of this innovative concept. The limited use of military infrastructure has contributed to the inescapable interest of the private sector for real estate development as these are considerable land extensions immersed in the urban fabric. These changes have been developed without prior analysis of their importance and heritage value for the city and its residents. The present investigation analyzes the case of Rafael Hoyos Rubio Fort in the district of Rimac to understand urban regeneration of these military heritage sites, reflected from the social and cultural perspectives. Les atouts et limites de ces outils ainsi que la posture de l’evaluateur sont particulierement discutes au regard du contexte de depistage de premiere ligne. {"title":"L’exposition précoce et excessive aux écrans (EPEE) : un nouveau syndrome","authors":"D. Ils proposent de les regrouper en un syndrome nomme « exposition precoce et excessive aux ecrans (EPEE) ». Ce syndrome associe des troubles de l’attention, un retard de langage, des troubles de la motricite fine, un interet de plus en plus exclusif pour l’ecran, des troubles relationnels sous forme d’agressivite, instabilite.Apparaissant des 8-10 mois chez les enfants les plus exposes, ce trouble se constitue progressivement dans le cours de la deuxieme annee. Une des caracteristiques essentielles de ce syndrome est sa regression voire disparition s’il est mis fin rapidement a cette surexposition. En revanche quand celle-ci persiste au-dela de 3-4 ans, la regression symptomatique risque de n’etre que partielle. {"title":"Encéphalopathie anoxo-ischémique et hypothermie thérapeutique : quels principaux impacts psychologiques pour les parents et les bébés présentant une IRM normale à la sortie de la maternité ?","authors":"Marie-Kasane Bailly, M. Mokhtari","doi":"10.3917/dev.204.0287","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3917/dev.204.0287","url":null,"abstract":"Aim: This is the first French preliminary study to evaluate the psychological health of parents with infants treated by therapeutic hypothermia for anoxo-ischemic encephalopathy and discharged from the hospital with regular initial progression (MRI and normal outpatient examinations).Materials and method: Seven children, under age two, treated with therapeutic hypothermia for anoxo-ischemic encephalopathy at birth and their parents were met and examined. All the children were discharged from the maternity ward with a normal MRI and a satisfactory clinical examination. The Brunet-Lezine scale was used to measure the children’s psychomotor development, while the parents’ psychological health was evaluated using two adapted scales – the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and the Perinatal Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder scale – in addition to a semi-structured interview.Results: With the revised Brunet-Lezine scale, the children did not present significant developmental delay (DQ between 98 and 97). However, eight to eighteen months after the event, 50 % of mothers and 25 % of fathers showed pathological scores of post-traumatic stress. The other half of the mothers and 25 % of fathers showed postnatal depression. Interviews uncovered traumatic experiences of delivery; bonding difficulties for the first minutes and days following childbirth; high exposure of fathers; extreme projections about life and death during the hypothermia treatment; and the importance of MRI results and the stay in kangaroo care for reassurance and growing accustomed to the feeling of parenthood. We also found persistent parental concerns six months to one year later despite the absence of disability for their children.Conclusion: Anoxo-ischemic encephalopathy and therapeutic hypothermia are psychological stressors for parents, even in the absence of complications. This study confirms the need for a trusted therapeutic framework during hospitalization. But it also shows the importance of a preventive multidisciplinary follow-up for all families, regardless of the medical outcome. Notre experience professionnelle de medecin aupres d’enfants ayant des troubles du developpement ainsi que d’expert judiciaire nous a amenes a mettre en doute cette affirmation et a poser la question suivante : pourquoi la sexualite ne suivrait-elle pas un mode d’etablissement comparable a celui des autres secteurs du developpement au cours de la croissance.Avec, en particulier, des prealables necessaires a la mise en place de la fonction elle-meme (ce qu’on appelle des prerequis, par exemple ce qu’un bebe doit acquerir avant de pouvoir marcher ou parler) ?Nous avons documente cette hypothese en etudiant plusieurs secteurs du developpement de l’enfant au regard de la sexualite des adultes : la sensorialite et la motricite, diverses cognitions, ainsi que les affects et les emotions. D’un point de vue developpemental, tous ces secteurs peuvent etre consideres comme des domaines qui contribueront a la vie amoureuse et sexuelle le moment venu, et donc comme des preambules de celle-ci, sans pour autant etre la sexualite en elle-meme. En dissipant toute confusion entre le sexe anatomique a la naissance et sa fonction a maturite, c’est-a-dire la sexualite, ce point de vue individualise une periode non encore sexualisee avant la puberte.
