This technology removes the constraint that establishes conformance of the edited view tuple with the table (relation) tuple of the database. This technology is relevant in the automated creation of user applications. The application should work with the data view that is with the table formed out of the set of database relations with the queries of \"join-select-projection\" type. The requirement for such applications is the implementation of data editing functions: addition, deletion and modification of tuples in the table. A special feature of the linear drive is lack of transmitting and convertive elements between the anchor, which is a clamping rod, and a test sample of the elastomer, what makes it necessary to include equations describing nonlinear viscosity processes in the General model of the LMED when solving the modeling problem. The possibility of using multi-circuit equivalent circuits, which can be synthesized on the basis of experimental data obtained for the test sample of a certain brand of elastomer under its loading to fixed values of the relative strain, is shown. As a result of the relaxation process of the test sample of the elastomer, the exponential time dependence of the mechanical stress is investigated, which can be subsequently represented by the sum of the exponents with different time constants. The analogy in the recording of the time dependence of the mechanical voltage and current in the electrical circuit containing RC-elements, as well as fixed deformation and constant voltage of the power supply makes it possible to establish a correspondence between the specified values and to create an equivalent circuit of substitution of the test sample of the elastomer. The number of parallel branches of the substitution scheme, as well as its parameters can be determined on the basis of an experiment to remove the time dependence of the mechanical stress at a fixed value of the relative strain. Error probability in the received message characterizes the communication channel quality at a definite period of time required for the radio line adaptation to the communication conditions. An immediate estimation of the error probability requires a lot of time, which in many cases exceeds the communication channel stationary interval and makes it impossible to provide operational adaptation of the radio line to the continuously changing communication conditions. The error probability and the value of telegraph (end) distortions in the received discrete message are known to be determined by the ratio of the received signal power and noise, which cannot be estimated directly, since both of these components are found in the communication channel simultaneously. Estimation of the degree of telegraph distortions takes less time compared to the time of error probability estimation. Therefore it is practical to assess error probability in the communication channel indirectly, estimating the degree of telegraph distortions at a limited interval of time in the sliding window, which is less than the interval of stationary state of the communication channel. The paper describes a specific version of the technical (software) implementation of the device for measuring the degree of telegraph distortions. Oscillations of a layered half-space with initial mechanical strains is described by using linearized motion equations based on the quasi-static approximation for a prestressed electro-magneto-elastic medium. The Green function of a layered half electro–magneto–elastic-space for various boundary value problems describing various magnetic conditions on the boundary between the electroelastic layer and the magnetoelastic half-space was analytically constructed. Assuming that vibrations of the medium to be settled and proceed according to a harmonic law. The calculated results show the influence of hydrostatic deformation on the dynamic capacitance of an electro–magneto–elastic medium. In addition, the effect of magnetic various boundary conditions on dynamic capacitance is studied. This problem is especially relevant for autonomous power systems with wind turbines. The energy stored in rotating masses of wind turbines and inertial wind energy contribute to the power system inertia. It was found that the decrease of system inertia in the case of higher levels of renewable generation does not have a significant influence on frequency responses in comparison with the regulator action. Wind turbines contribute to the inertial and primary frequency response during the frequency drop in the power system. However, the fast support for the changing frequency with the controlled inertia of wind energy will facilitate the return of the frequency to the normal operating range that allows avoiding load disconnection at low frequencies in the system. The paper also presents comparative characteristics of frequency responses for a wind turbine with a magnetic gearbox and a mechanical gearbox. Interpolation is carried out on the basis of bordering functions that simplify and accelerate the process of signal restoration. A set of interconnected sampling theorems is formulated on the basis of bordering functions for cases of uniform and non-uniform sampling of signals. A certain hierarchy of these theorems and their interrelation with the well-known Kotelnikov-Shannon sampling theorem are established.
