The research objective is to develop technology-based teaching media for blind people. The learning media developed will help blind people learn mathematics independently like normal people in utilizing the sophistication of existing technology for independent learning. The application will be called Digital Mathematics Learning Companion (DMLC). DMLC is an application on the Android platform that is intended as a companion teacher for the visually impaired in learning mathematics. The DMLC application is an application on the Android platform that was developed with the facility of using voice both from instructions and commands to run the application. The application also allows users whose targets are visually impaired students to learn independently without being assisted by a special assistant teacher and run the application as a whole using voice commands and tap assistance as another alternative. In addition, users who cannot write braille can take advantage of this application to repeat the material until the user understands the material presented. The sample in this study were 30 students of the Mathematics Education study program at the Indonesian Technocrat University. The type of research used is a quantitative method with ex post facto research techniques. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with Spearman correlation analysis. This study uses one independent variable, namely numeracy ability and one dependent variable, namely learning achievement. The research instrument is a Minimum Ability Assessment in the form of 3 essay questions. The results of this study indicate that numeracy has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with a 95% confidence level and a sig. value of 0.009 0.05 and the value of the correlation coefficient   which is in the moderate or strong enough category. The contribution of numeracy ability in influencing the level of learning achievement is 22.65%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Thus, the results of this study indicate that if the numeracy ability of each Mathematics Education student is high, the learning achievement that will be obtained is also high, and vice versa. Keywords: Numerical Ability, Learning Achievement, Spearman Correlation AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan numerasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika yang ditunjukkan melalui nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan 30 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika Univeritas Teknokrat Indonesia. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian ex post facto. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan analisis korelasi Spearman. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel bebas, yaitu kemampuan numerasi dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu prestasi belajar. Instrumen penelitian adalah soal tes Asesmen Kemampuan Minimum berupa 3 butir soal essay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan numerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepercayaan  dan nilai sig.value  serta nilai koefisien korelasi  yang berada pada kategori sedang atau cukup kuat. Kontribusi kemampuan numerasi dalam mempengaruhi tinggi-rendahnya prestasi belajar yaitu sebesar , sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This research uses quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students of prospective Mathematics Teachers at the Indonesian Technocrat University and UIN Raden Intan Lampung batch 2018 with 20 respondents. This research was conducted in 5 stages namely; 1) Distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms, 2) Assessing the results of prospective Mathematics Teacher students at the Indonesian Technocrat University and UIN Raden Intan Lampung batch 2018, 3) Testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, 4) interpreting the results of the questionnaire calculations, 5) looking for the relationship between The Effect of Using YouTube and Facebook Applications on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The Questionnaire of the Effect of Using YouTube and Facebook Applications on Mathematics Learning Outcomes obtained a High qualification with the results of reliability calculations using Cronbach Alpha of 0.838. And from the results of the calculations in table 5, the correlation value is -0.074, it can be said that based on the guidelines for the degree of relationship calculation, the correlation between two variables is declared \"no correlation\". Samples were selected randomly using the purposive solvin method and selected class XI MIPA2 SMA N 5 Bandarlampung as the experimental class. 36 students from three classes were sampled in this study. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The type of questionnaire used was a closed questionnaire. Closed questionnaire is a questionnaire that is presented with several choice questions which will be answered by respondents. The questionnaire model used is the Linkert scale questionnaire model. The Linkert model scale in this study uses a rating range scale (Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree). The method used in this study is quantitative with a correlation approach. The sample in this study were students of SMPN 13 Pesawaran class VIII who were randomly selected as many as 28 students. The instruments in this study were test and non-test instruments. The test instrument was used to measure students' numerical intelligence and mathematical reasoning in the form of 5 questions. The non-test instrument was used to measure students' interest in learning which consisted of 24 statements adopted from the research of Bagas Saputro (2017). Data were analyzed using simple correlation and multiple correlation. The problem facing the world of education today is the weakness of the learning process. Many parties did not think that the corona virus (Covid-19) would become a pandemic that spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The conditions faced today are indeed not easy for the world of education. The learning process is not as free as before where there is a lot of interaction between students and students, students and teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of online mathematics learning and offline mathematics learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of seventh grade students of MTs Guppi Pagar Alam. This research is a type of quantitative approach research. This research is quantitative in nature, namely the data obtained are analyzed by statistical formulas to obtain conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that offline mathematics learning can improve student learning outcomes for class VII MTs GUPPI Pagar Alam. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang siswa kelas X MIPA 5 SMA Negeri 5 Bandarlampung. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian adalah soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis berupa 5 butir soal essay serta video penjelasan. Hasil tes yang telah dilaksanakan pada beberapa soal komunikasi matematis menunjukan hasil yang baik. Terlihat dari presentase skor per butir soal yaitu soal nomor 1 diperoleh persentase 50% untuk indikator dalam menjelaskan ide, situasi secara lisan atau tulisan dengan bahasa sendiri. Soal nomor 2 dengan perolehan persentase 85% untuk indikator menyelesaikan masalah disertai aturan yang digunakan. Soal nomor 3 diperoleh persentase 85% dan soal nomor 4 memperoleh persentase 70 % untuk indikator menyelesaikan suatu masalah berdasarkan konsep matematika. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini tenik yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling, dengan sample siswa matematika peminatan kelas MIPA 2, SMA N 5 Bandarlampung dengan total siswa 36. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan tes objektif berbentuk  multiple choice (pilihan ganda) dengan lima pilihan jawaban (option) soal berjumlah 10 dengan materi persamaan trigonometri. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung = 3,538, Sedangkan t tabel = 1,687 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Seharusnya tidak ada perbedaan kemampuan antara siswa normal dan siswa tunanetra untuk dapat mempelajari suatu ilmu pengetahuan, termasuk matematika. Salah satu perbedaan mendasar hanyalah dari sisi penggunaan media yang dapat membantu penyandang tunanetra selayaknya siswa normal dalam menikmati indahnya ilmu pengetahuan dalam matematika. Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran untuk siswa tunanetra berbasis suara yang dikemas pada apliaksi android agar penggunaannya dapat lebih fleksibel dan mudah untuk disebarluaskan kedepannya. Media tersebut dinamakan Euclidean Voice. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu literature review dengan cara menganalisa referensi yang relevan dengan menggunakan bantuan matriks sintesis.
