Separation of gold metal from mineral rock consists of several methods, such as extraction, hydrometallurgy, and membrane emulsifier technology. These three methods produce different effectiveness of percentage recovery (%recovery), depend on the optimum conditions of each method and type of solvent. This study aims to separate the gold metal from mineral rocks through the hydrometallurgical method with an aeration-cyanidation solvent combination. Hidrometallurgy method is liquid extraction from ores. The test used is a qualitative test of SnCl2 solution and characterization test with XRF. The results showed that the percentage of recovery (%recovery) of Au with aeration and cyanidation process for 24 hours was 92.8%. Normal range of TSH for adult is from 0.3 to 5.5 µIU/ml, whereas for baby ranged from 3 to 18 µIU/ml. An Immunoradiometricassay (IRMA) is one of immunoassay technique using radionuclide as the tracer to detect low quantity of analyte. This technique is suitable for determine TSH levels in human blood serum which has complex matrix and various concentration. The Center for Radioisotope and Radiopharmaceutical Technology (CRRT)-BATAN has developed a reagent of TSH IRMA kit. The aim of this research is to compare between local TSH IRMA kit (CRRT-BATAN) and imported TSH IRMA kit (Riakey, Korea) toward 110 adult samples obtained from PTKMR - BATAN. The results showed 97 samples as true negative, 5 samples as true positive, 1 sample as false negative and 7 samples false positive. It was derived from Aspergillus niger fermentation using rice straw and husk as inoculum medium. In this research, cellulose enzyme was applicated on denim fabric with various enzyme concentration 1%, 2%, 3% owf at 60oC and pH 7, liquor ratio 1: 20 for 30 minutes. Characterization of fabric are analized using Scanning Electrone Microscope shows morphological transformation indicate the decrease fabric tensile strenght and stiffness. In this study, the adsorption used batch system. The steps of research were preparation of materials, activation of materials with HCl and NaOH solutions, characterization test using SEM, FTIR and AAS. Determination of optimum condition of Cr metal adsorption on variation of adsorbent composition, adsorbent mass, adsorbate concentration and isotherm adsorption study. The result showed that the adsorbent of rice husk and bagasse fly ash can be used as adsorbent because there were pores that is based on SEM analysis, based on FTIR results that there were a –OH (hydroxyl) functional group at wavenumber 3424.76 cm-1 and Si-O from Si-O-Si (siloxane) functional group at wavenumber 1048.36 cm-1 in the combination of rice husk and bagasse fly ash adsorbent, based on AAS results it was found that the optimum composition ratio of rice husk and bagasse fly ash adsorbent was 1:2 with the percentage of Cr adsorbed 98.90%, the optimum adsorbent mass at 0.2 g with the percentage of Cr adsorbed 99.77% and the optimum adsorbate concentration at 20.645 mg/L with the percentage of Cr adsorbed 99.63%. The rhodanine acetic acid as electron withdrawing group can increase the electron density of the LUMO state, so injection of the excited electron to the semiconductor can also be increase. The theoretical method used is DFT/B3LYP theory by NWChem software. The calculation shows that the LUMO energy of cyanidin rhodanine acetic is higher than cyanidin, so electron injection to the conduction band of the semiconductor is easier. This condition is supported by reduced of HOMO-LUMO energy gap, so the range of the sunlight that can be involved in the electron excitation process is wider. This study was conducted on 10th-grade students in the academic year of  2016/2017. Collaborative learning, as well as the use of real-life scenario, are some of the teaching practices for facilitating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and promotes students' social-emotional competenciesthat aligned with affective competencies in Indonesia’s 2013 curricula. The proposed teaching practices also answer the challenges faced by the implementation of the 2013 curricula, finding proper teaching practices to integrate to develop student’s character through learning activity. The empirical work of the study is based on a qualitative approach. Six Group Investigation’s stage integrated with the use of real-life scenario was analyzed through various method such as observations, interviews, reflective journals, and student’s worksheets answer. Widjaksana","doi":"10.20961/JKPK.V4I1.22364","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20961/JKPK.V4I1.22364","url":null,"abstract":"99mTc-ethambutol radiopharmaceutical is a diagnostic kit based on the anti-tuberculosis drug, ethambutol, labeled with radioactive tracer 99mTc.  This radiopharmaceutical is a result of research development in Centre for Radioisotope and Radiopharmaceutical Technology, BATAN. 99mTc-ethambutol radiopharmaceutical in the hospital used as a diagnostic agent for tuberculosis detected, particularly tuberculosis in extra pulmonary organs that is not easily detected by existing  conventional methods. The aim of study to find out how stable ethambutol kit when stored at certain temperature and how stable ethambutol stability after labelled  with 99mTc.  These stability data are required by hospitals which used 99mTc-ethambutol . The stability test performed by measuring the radiochemical purity of  ethambutol kits which were stored at certain time period and labelled with 99mTc using thin layer chromatography (TLC) method. Radiochemical purity tests were also performed on 99mTc-ethambutol at certain time period after its labeling process.  Based on experiment results, it was obtained that ethambutol kit was still stable for up to 9 months when stored at refrigerator temperature 8 oC with percentage of radiochemical purity average > 85% and up to 11 months when stored in deep freezer temperature -80 oC with percentage of radiochemical purity average 90%. The preparation of the paper using alkalization method, with the use of NaOH 4% at the temperature of 100<sup>o</sup>C for 1.5 hours. The paper is made in two variations, ie with additive cinnamon oil and without additive. The natural paper produced are tested for pH based on SNI ISO 6588-1.2010 and water content by dry-oven method based on SNI ISO 287:2010. The antibacterial activities were tested against <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em> and <em>Escherichia coli </em>using Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. The paper produced meet the standard of ISO 6519:2016 about Basic Paper for Laminated Plastic Wrapping Paper within the parameter of pH and water content. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of NaOH catalyst in the synthesis of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-on using MAOS method which produced optimal yield. The synthesis of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-on using benzaldehyde and acetophenone was carried out using the MAOS method with NaOH catalyst. The variation of NaOH catalyst concentration was 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. Microwave radiation was carried out at 140 watts for 20 seconds. The purity of the synthesized 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-on was tested by melting point, TLC, and gas chromatography. The structure of the synthesized 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-on was characterized by FTIR, GC-MS and NMR. The results showed that the compound 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-on can be synthesized from benzaldehyde and acetophenone using MAOS method. The obtained yield at varying catalyst concentrations of 10, 20, 30 and 40% were (50.58±1.84%, (69.20±1.58)%, (84.55±1.50)% and (90.60±0.96)%, respectively. Excess of chloride ions in drinking water can damage the kidneys. The aims of this study is to determine chloride levels in well and PDAM water samples in Ngelom Village. Determination of chloride levels in water samples using the Mohr argentometric titration method. The samples used was well water and PDAM water, each was taken from 20 locations in Ngelom Village. The samples were mixed with K2CrO4 indicator and then were titrated using the silver nitrate standard solution until the end point of the titration was marked with a brick red color. The results of the analysis of chloride levels in well water of 92 to 491 mg/L and in PDAM of 57 to 230 mg/L.
